Nine of 14 groups matched quota, but three of the ones who didn't were not far off.

Quota was 23.

Is quota usually 23? It seems a little small, but maybe I'm used to reading about the huge Southern recruitment.

They had a higher number of women drop out of recruitment this year than in other years. I believe Panhellenic is discussing the causes of this with the chapters. Some of it may have been due to the cancellation of parties.

Yes, quota is usually in the low 20's. I think the largest pledge class was 26, and three or four houses got quota plus.
