I love this show! It's such a horrible train-wreck... But I've gotten to like a couple of them - Snooki (snookers) & Vinny, and Jwwow's kinda grown on me.
Hey, at least I'll admit it!

I like Vinny. He doesn't seem like an asshat like the rest of them.

Mike turned out to be a selfish asshole and a shit-stirrer almost on the level of "Trash Bags," although to his credit he showed a lot of restraint in not hitting JWOWW back. I'm glad Vinny called him out on his Massengill tendencies.
Sammi and Ronnie = most loathsome TV couple ever.
Pauly D and Crazy Israeli Girl = teh comedy.

To his credit that he didn't hit Jwow back? Really? It was certainly wrong for her to hit him in the first place, but most guys are brought up to believe that you just do not hit a girl under any circumstances. I don't think he deserves any accolades for his reaction.
However, I did think Jwow overreacted when he wouldn't leave the club to take her home. The Situation did point out that there were other roommates there, so it's not like he was the only person around. And I was under the impression that the club was in their hotel, and if that's the case, what's the big deal about getting on an elevator by yourself?
I agree, Sammi and Ronnie are awful. They're such buzzkills.

I'm, um, "The Tight End."

I don't think he should have hit her back or was entitled to—I just wouldn't have been all that surprised if he had. JWOWW is not Snooki, and that punch had more than a little muscle behind it.
I do think MTV should have at least threatened to kick her off the show. It seems a little hypocritical that they'd not only give her a free pass but hype the punch after the way they handled Snooki getting attacked. You know if Mike had hit her back, he'd have been booted from the house, thrown under the jail, excluded from Chicken Cutlet Night, etc., etc.

I actually didn't think of MTV's lack of reaction, but you make a good point. Violence on The Real World, regardless of gender, results in immediate eviction from the house. It's interesting that doesn't apply to Jersey Shore.
