"To you my love, I’m offering my heart,
you know your Gamma Phi has loved you from the start.
No words can ever express, how much you mean to me,
the time will never come when you will cease to be my heart’s desire,
the one that I adore, the one that fate has always meant me for.
Through happiness or storm or strife, I love you darling all my life."
Then there was another verse...
I want you near me - all the while.
To share your laughter, see you smile.
Then, if we had sung this for two go-rounds of the passing, we would speed it up with a final chant, something like.
"Kinda shy, loves her guy, and he loves his Gamma Phi..." something like that.
Thanks!!

I've never heard of the first verse but we had one that started similarly to your second verse (but only 1 verse).
I want him near me all the while
to hear his laughter, see his smile
I want him always mine to be
No other one will do for me
he's true to me, I'm true to him
we're side by side through thick and thin
Everyone loves him, I'll tell you whyyyyyy
Cuz he's...the sweetheart of Gamma Phi
it was relatively quick paced
