-I never in my life heard anyone say "groovy". I was at a big city high school where we knew and did all the latest, but that term was only seen in teen magazines and on shows like the Brady Bunch.

So Much This!!!
We were invited to a 21st Birthday Party last week, and the theme was "The Groovy 70s". Our whole table was saying, "I never once heard the word Groovy spoken in any way but sarcastically."
My personal thought is that song writers needed a word that rhymed with Movie!
