I don't think so. They are all around 40 except for AEPhi which is a Jewish interest colony (so perhaps explainably smaller) and DDD which is newish and may have a few more open spots than other groups. Just speculating though.
ETA: Laughing at myself because I just realized that I inadvertently used the words Jewish and newish in the same sentence. Not that newish is really a word...

Tulane total is now 225. Quota for 2014 was 66.
The last time there were 8 NPC sororities were on campus in the 1980s quota was in the 40s. Pledge classes are still large even with the addition of new chapters.
