This is definitely true. I was an out of state student back in 2008, and they recruited me by saying I could find out 3 days after they got my transcripts. I didn't have to fill out an application or anything. CNU's acceptance rate has gone down, it was 57% last year, and will probably be down to 50% soon.
After looking at the grade reports from last semester, raising total to 100 wouldn't be a horrible idea. Before FR, all of the sororities had 90+ active members. With graduating classes in the high 30s and 40s, raising it that much would make sense.
It's big/little week for my chapter this week. I miss my alma mater a lot.
