Yes, I think that's the case -- so awesome.

IMO Locke's dad is DEFINITELY the real Sawyer.

I agree. I'm just excited to see what Locke is going to do next. His episodes are always the best ones.
Who is the main character in next weeks episode?

You guys impress me with your abilities to "call stuff". Someone called it that Claire and Jack would be half brother and sister and now Locke's Dad is the 'real Sawyer'.
Question: Did we ever find out....is that con-man (Anthony Cooper / "Adam Seward") truly Locke's BIOLOGICAL FATHER, or did he just play on Locke's sympathies, in order to get a kidney? I can't really remember. Or was it never fully fully played out to completion, so until proven otherwise, we can assume that it is truly Locke's BIOLOGICAL FATHER? (I would assume that they are biologically linked, so I don't think you can just take a random kidney from someone and hope that the transplant "takes").
I found some of these nifty tidbits on "Lostpedia" re: that episode (cuz I'm not savvy enough to spot them on my own...LOL). Highlight over if you wanna see or you can go here: http://www.lostpedia.com/wiki/The_Man_from_Tallahassee
The man who takes off Locke's handcuffs at the end of this episode is Richard Alpert from the genetics company Mittelos Bioscience. He interviewed Juliet in "Not in Portland" .
Although Locke himself fell 8 stories, in January 2007, a man went through a glass window and fell 16 stories at a hotel in Minneapolis. He survived with only broken bones and minor injuries. [1]
"Anthony Cooper, Adam Seward" is anagram for "Sawyer, the con man, a poor dad".
A fictional television show Locke is watching mentions a Bolivian gold deposit being stolen at 2AM the night before.
Tallahassee is the capital of the state of Florida in the United States.
In Lockdown, Sawyer claims to have been to Tallahassee.
Locke's form at the government office in the flashback lists his address as 168 San Juan St, Tustin, California.
Locke's father pours them a glass of MacCutcheon whisky.
Several Island paintings are seen on the walls of several Other houses.
A Brief History of Time appeared in Ben's living space.
The tray of food Locke is eating from has a cowboy theme, with several cattle brands, two of which are arrows and one of which is a lock.
Locke fell 8 stories to a broken back, which paralyzed him for 4 years until the plane crash.
The Golden Pontiac appears again in this episode. It drives past while Locke is talking to his father, when he tells him to break off the engagement. [2]
In John's apartment there are several military related posters on the wall including one for the Special Operations Forces.
In "What Kate Did" Kate is buying a bus ticket to Tallahassee when she is arrested.
I also wanted to mention that the color of this font is called "white smoke", but the "monster" on the LOST Island is Black Smoke. COINCIDENCE? I THINK NOT!!! LOL
And check out this kicka$$ theory that another fan came up with:
"There is a person among the Others which has the ability to "transform" into another person. He transformed himself into Cooper. ". Would that be isht or WHAT???!!!

I thought this was kinda funny about "The Monster":
The "Monster" makes a variety of different sounds that sound both mechanical and biological. Its mechanical sounds have been described as: whirring, clanking, chattering, ratcheting, roaring, mostly like a black-billed magpie, and noises similar to releasing air pressure or dot matrix printers. Rose remarked that the sounds were familiar to her, a sound that was commented by the directors to be similar to noises heard in Bronx, NY.
In the voiceover commentary for the "The 23rd Psalm" on the Season Two DVD, producer Bryan Burk confirms that the "Monster"'s sound effect is indeed the receipt printer from a NYC taxicab. This sound effect is heard in "Walkabout" right before the first commercial when Locke punches some numbers into a counting machine. The counting machine's printing sound is the same sound the "Monster" makes in "Exodus: Part 1" as it flies by Kate and Jack.

The Man from Tallahassee
Very satisfying episode. Much better than the episode about Jack's tatoos. This was a mystery that I was actually interested in. And the folks behind lost definitely came through on this one. I was totally not expecting Cooper to push Locke out of the window. Wow... Talk about daddy issues...
Terry O'Quinn was absolutely phenomenal in this episode. The look on his face when the physical therapist lifts him out of bed and into the wheelchair was really powerful.
I'm really looking forward to this week's episode. Hopefully Nikki and Paulo will have a purpose... At least we'll be treated to an appearance by Ian Somerhalder.

Last 2 Eps...
I enjoyed last week's ep as well (and, great theories about "the real Sawyer", Locke's dad, etc.! ). Tonight's ep was all over the place with the flashbacks intertwined with the current plot, etc., but it was still awesome...kept me on the edge of my seat the entire hour (and, nice to see cameos from since-departed cast members).

I didn't like this episode. I was expecting something more, like that Nikki and Paolo were involved with the others... and why did they have those walkie talkies?

I'm pretty sure they had only one walkie, and that was the one Paolo found in the pearl hatch. Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought one of the Others had left it behind, and Paolo just picked it up.
I'm still not convinced that they AREN'T part of the Others. I'm pretty sure that if I were on a deserted island after a plane crash, and I wandered upon a hatch, I'd go running back to the beach saying, "Hey!!! Look what I found!!" Paolo never once mentioned, to anyone - not even Nikki, that he found that hatch.

Maybe the Others left it there intentionally, so that they could learn more about the Plane Crash Survivors?

I thought it was crazy how it all came together. I liked it. It was different. I can't believe they were buried alive though!

I'm psyched about Juliette being brought back to the Losties' beach-camp and Sayeed giving her the gears about how she got there, what the Others are all about, etc.
I guess we can assume that Paolo and Nikki will not dig their way out to survival? It looked like Nikki "came to" just as the dirt was being flung in...maybe she was able to create a bit of an air pocket with her hands or something? Hmmmm......

Trip to Hawaii
Hi there...A few things:
Per a podcast transcript with the writers, Nikki and Paolo are dead and not coming back to life.
I don't think that either of them were Others. I think that they just kept the hatch info secret because they didn't want anyone else to get to involved with thier own secrets...
Also, I just got back from Hawaii where I actually visited the set of LOST. Actually stood in the beach camp and took numerous photos. I can upload the photos later if you want to see them!

Definitely post the pictures!
I just got caught up with the last two episodes. I definitely like them more than I've been liking the other ones in this season so far.
