my co-worker is seriously trying to win a debate with me about how the giants are sooo much better than the angels...

well look buddie - my team made the playoffs, and just bet the yankees... so what now?!

See, I'm a loyal Dodgers fan but seeing as how I love to watch baseball playoff games, I have to at least look forward to a team I can stand winning. I'm a NL loyalist but I did root for the Angels just b/c I have to loathe the Yankees. It's been inbred in me from birth that Dodger fans are to hate Yankee fans on principle so there you go.
Now, I'll just watch the playoffs & enjoy them & hope for a NL win...hopefully Astros.

I love the Dodgers but seriously, McCourt has legalized rape. Screw that A-hole, screw his son and screw his GM, screw his philosophy, screw his Bostonian ass. I hate him. I hate him. I HATE HIM. You gotta love the way he treats his front office. You know how he fired everyone. Oh yeah screw my marketing director. I'll just make my 22 year old son the VP of marketing so he can make dollar beers and have a bunch of cholo run around with knives stabbing people. Oh yeah, great way to treat your loyal manager (even though he had no balls, but dude look at the shitty team he had).

Plus, if you want to make it alive in Dodger stadium you've gotta pack heat these days. Screw it man, I'm sick of going there only to get mad dawged by a bunch of fucking cholos.

Whats worse? When the only good thing about the Dodgers is Vin Scully and guess what. They fuckin cut half of his games this year. Good one McCourt you asshole.

Oh and the only other good thing about the Dodgers is Milton Bradley when he is pyscho. But noooo we'll see how long he stays in Dodger blue.

I'm not the only Dodger fan with this mentality...this is the best fucking dodger site out there

oh yeah. GO ANGELS! Horay for a real owner! (despite how gay the rally monkey is)

Actually, I think we're supposed to hate the Giants & the Yankees & dislike the Padres on principle that they are close to us being in San Diego and all.

I want a Chavez latrine T-shirt. That site was great.

I went to a Dodgers/Yankee game last season & the weird thing I noticed was the heightened security & the fights breaking out between fans left & right. Those people that sit in the bleachers drink way too much & start picking fights w/anyone wearing the opposing teams jersey. The fiance & I got sprayed w/soda & food b/c there were Yankee fans sitting in the seats next to us while a couple of drunken yahoos above us that decided to throw their stuff at them but nailed us too in the process. There's nothing like peeling garlic & fries out of long curly hair to really piss a woman off.

Alright. This goes out to all you fools in Chi-Town, OC, The LOU or H-town.

I just got a call from the mob telling me that WORLD SERIES tickets will be going on sale tommorow.

I'll be purshasing game 6 and 7 tickets, since I will be in Tampa for games 1 and 2.

This is ofcourse IF the Angels make it to the post season and IF the series goes into games 6 and 7.

Will it be that easy for you to buy tickets? I'm just curious because it was damn near impossible to buy tickets last year unless you wanted to pay thousands of dollars. Or had connections. (Which is what I worked to get a ticket to game 6, which there wasn't..)

nope its not that easy. the tickets haven't been opened to regular people yet. just season ticket holders, politicians and celebrities.

the ALDS ticket prices doubles from what it normally cost during the regular season.

I just checked the ALCS...and it doubled the cost of ALDS

now looking at world series prices, they are double what the cost of ALCS tickets are.

White Sox won on a bad call. It should have gone to extra innings. I am sure this will be a controversy for awhile. Especially if the White Sox win the ALCS. A win is a win though.
