SAND LAKE, Mich. -- Michigan authorities don't plan to seek charges in the case of a 4-year-old boy who drove his mother's car to a video store and back.
Sand Lake Police Chief Doug Heugel said the boy is too young to charge and his mother didn't even know he was awake.

The chief said the boy walked out of his family apartment about 1:30 a.m. Friday and drove his mother's Geo Prizm a quarter mile to a video store. Finding it closed, the boy headed home.

A police officer spotted him and followed the car back to the apartments, where the boy hit two parked cars, then backed into the officer's car.

The mother said her son tried to drive before and she let him steer the car from her lap.
1) How did he see AND reach the pedals?

2) Does he have a membership at the video store?

3) Did he remember to take money with him?

4) Can he even COUNT money?

5) I think it's HILARIOUS that he ran into two parked cars AND the police car. This is the best. LMAO

I can't stop laughing at this. Just picturing it is killing me. What did he have on? LMAO

Hilarious commentary, but so true. What was he going to do at the video store with no money and no membership card?

DNA Test Identifies Parents of 'Baby 81'

DNA Test Confirms Parents of 'Baby 81'

By KRISHAN FRANCIS, Associated Press Writer

KALMUNAI, Sri Lanka - DNA test results confirm that a baby boy rescued from tsunami debris in Sri Lanka and dubbed "Baby 81" belongs to the couple who launched a wrenching court battle for his custody, a court announced Monday.

The finding ended weeks of uncertainty and drama surrounding the infant, who became a symbol of families torn apart by the Dec. 26 tsunami, and set the stage for a reunion Wednesday with his parents Jenita and Murugupillai Jeyarajah.

I am very happy for this family.

Yaaaaay! I am very happy for them, too. On another note, when I read this, I read it as " DNA Test Confirms Parents of Baby, 81" as in 81 years of age. I was like DAYUM! I am trippin'.

Angry Missouri Girl, 12, Kills Sister, 9, Over Hamburger

Missouri Girl, 12, Kills Sister, 9, Over Hamburger

Tue Feb 15, 4:37 PM ET U.S. National - Reuters

ST. LOUIS (Reuters) - A 12-year-old girl has been charged with murder after she told police she strangled her 9-year-old sister in a fight over a hamburger, officials said on Tuesday.

The St. Louis Medical Examiner's office said it ruled the death of the younger girl a homicide weeks after her body was found in her home on Dec. 22.

Authorities were unable to determine how she died until the 12-year-old said she killed her younger sister in a spat over a hamburger, investigators said. She made the admission during a conversation with a case worker at a hospital where she was being treated for psychiatric problems.

Judge's career ends amid lurid allegations, charges

OKLAHOMA CITY - Jurors and others in Judge Donald Thompson's courtroom kept hearing a strange whooshing noise, like a bicycle pump or maybe a blood pressure cuff. During one trial, Thompson seemed so distracted that some jurors thought he was playing a hand-held video game or tying fly-fishing lures behind the bench.

The explanation, investigators say, is even stranger than some imagined: The judge had a habit of masturbating with a penis pump under his robe during trials.

Not Sure...

...whether to post this here or in "Aw hell" thread. Maybe I'm wrong, but it did make me laugh.

ELYRIA, Ohio -- A school district was sued by parents who say their son's fourth-grade teacher made the boy spray himself with Lysol in front of classmates because of body odor.

The lawsuit was filed Wednesday in Lorain County Common Pleas Court against the Sheffield-Sheffield Lake district in suburban Cleveland. It asks for $50,000 in damages for public humiliation and subsequent harassment by classmates.

The boy still suffers emotional distress over the incident, according to his attorney, Michael Duff.

Bill Emery, school board president, said he was unfamiliar with the March 2003 incident at Forestlawn School and said he knew of no disciplinary problems involving the teacher.

The teacher, David Stacko, who has retired, has an unlisted phone number and could not be reached for comment Thursday.

Police: Man admits suffocating pregnant woman, son
Suspect leads authorities to makeshift, shallow grave

Lisa Underwood, 34, and her 7-year-old son, Jayden, in a February 2002 photo

DALLAS, Texas (CNN) -- A Texas man arrested for the slayings of a pregnant woman and her 7-year-old son told police he suffocated Lisa and Jayden Underwood in their home, police said Tuesday.

Stephen Dale Barbee, 37, was arrested early Tuesday in Tyler, about 130 miles east of Fort Worth, and then transferred to Fort Worth, said Lt. Gene Jones, a Fort Worth police spokesman.

Jones later confirmed to reporters that Barbee confessed to the killings and led police to a makeshift, shallow grave where two bodies were found.

People, please pray for our world today. People are killing children without a second thought. And why is homicide the second leading cause of death for pregnant women (second to car accidents) ?.
