I got the info from http://www3.telus.net/ariesrising/nphc.html and I read Ruby and Pearl from their JEWEL and thought it was COLOR!!! 
Now I feel bad...I'm fixing it!! Ladies, I'm so so so sorry. :-(

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the elephant on the Delta banner needs to have his trunk pointing upwards.

I'm learning Photoshop (okay, I can "drop shadow" a pic, but that's it!) and I have version CS. I so desperately want to learn it, but this 700+ page book is no encouragement. You're giving me a nudge to get right on this after registration is over.

I've taken down the NPHC ones...I've had about 12 PM's with people mad at me for making the NPHC ones...I tried very had to do things correctly and really gave it my best try. If you want to see the banner for your NPHC organization, PM me and I'll send you a link.

You know I love your work, WhiteDaisy, and if you got any terse, curt, nasty, or just plain IGNANT PM's from anybody, that is not a reflection of your excellent work or your pure intent at fostering unity between the orgs.
You are an excellent graphic artist and I thank you for all the work you've done for my chapter website, as well as a banner that any Alpha can be proud of.
