OMG that movie is so sad! I got your back on that one!

But no, the saddest part is when they're showing all the people in the boat preparing to die and it shows the elderly couple lying on the bed holding each other and the husband kisses the wife on the cheek and they're both crying.

OMG now I'M crying! LOL

I was SOOOOOOOOO gonna add that!!! I thought I was the only one who ever saw "The story of us"....you could just feel their pain!!! LOL that thing had me hysterical like, the whole way through...

Also, my favorite movie is "Playing by Heart"....if you haven't seen it YOU MUST....it's got Sean Connery, Ryan Phillipe, Gillian Anderson, Jon Stewart, Angelina Jolie, and like thousands of other ppl....but I bring it up b/c there is one part that has me on the floor bawling every time. For anyone that might have seen it.....all I say is "Goodnight moon!"!

OK, so I am an old movie freak, and you might think of these as seriously Guy Flics but two movies that were made befori I was even born have some real tear jerker scenes.
Tyrone Power and Maureen O'Hara in The Long Gray Line and
John Wayne and Joanne Dru in She Wore a Yellow Ribbon.
Try not getting a little choked up when Maureen O"hara dies and then when he sees her ghost at his retirement parade at West Point.
Then try the scenes when John Wayne is watering the flowers on his wife's grave and telling her "sad news" about their old friends who were with the 7th Cavalry at the Little Big Horn. Both of those film have some pretty powerful scenes and I find I always get a little torn up when I see them.

If anyone's seen Empire of the Sun, with a really young Christian Bale...that movie made me cry! There's this part near the beginning where Jamie, (Christian's character) loses his mom in the middle of Shanghai when a bomb is set off (it's a WWII movie) and he stands there and goes: "Mom? Mom? Mommy?" It's the "mommy" that does it.

"Wuthering Heights", while an oldie, is a tearjerker for sure.
Also, Lawrence Olivier was so handsome back then!

I cried most of the way through the ends of these movies:
We Were Soldiers
the Diary of Anne Frank
Romeo and Juliet
Man on the Moon
Gone With The Wind
Shakespeare in Love
Evita

not to mention ones already named like:
American History X
Schindler's List
A Walk to Remember
What Dreams May Come
Titanic
Steel Magnolias
Forrest Gump
West Side Story
Imitation of Life

i knew what the ends of most of these movies were going to be too.
