I'm going to get way too personal and ask if gay people (or, I guess since I'm asking you, you personally) dream about hetro or homo relationships? Have you always, even before you suspected you might be gay?
I realize the answer probably varies by person and when they figured out they were gay...or maybe it was a good indicator??

Jungian psychology would say that dreams about sex represent integration with a male's feminine shadow (anima) or a female's masculine shadow (animus). Not sure how that one plays out for you.

I had a dream recently that played out in a couple of different ways about the same person (a male associate):
1. Male associate came to my apartment to visit and brought along the wife and 4 kids (he just had a baby girl last Thursday). Wifey made snide remarks about me and my apartment and I ignored her for as long as I could. I pulled associate to the side and asked him to talk to her b4 I put my foot in her azz; he did. Then she continued to make snide remarks and I proceeded to tell her about herself. When associate saw how serious it was getting, he kindly excused himself and wifey and said he'd be right back. The kids looked at their mom like she had lost her mind (they thought I was a cool person). They decided to leave after he apologized for her behavior.
2. Male associate calls my cell phone at 2 in the morning asking me to open the door b/c he was standing outside. Meanwhile, I had my bf sleeping in the bed next to me. I proceed to open the door and he steps inside, clearly inebriated, and talks about how he wishes we were together instead of him and his wife. I tell him that he made his bed and now he must lie in it. I allowed him to spend the night on the sofabed b/c he drove like a madman from Philly to where I lived and he needed to sleep off the alcohol.
Goodness gracious.......

Last night I dreamed that one of my APO/Alpha brothers broke into my home and ransacked the place. Papers and folders everywhere. Couldn't tell if anything had been stolen because everything had been touched. At first I thought it was a stranger, but then I looked into this high tech telescope type of device, which replayed the surveillance tape and it was HIM! I called him and asked what the hell he thought he was doing. And I remember feeling really melodramatic like the vendetta was officially ON.

I missed this before..... that I recall, I have dreamed about only same gender encounters. But get this -- they have almost ALWAYS been dreams of guys I knew were straight.

I had this dream a couple of weeks ago. There are two boys and they are at this house for the summer. Anyway, all summer long, the two boys would go in and out the door. So one day, the other brother tell the younger brother to kind of hang around the house because they were leaving that day. Well, somehow, the younger brother comes to visit me and he and I go off somewhere to run errands. When we get back, the younger brother goes to open the door to the house and it's locked ( the door was on of the latch ones where you have to push down on to open) So I happen to look at the side of the house and see the older brother was getting ready to leave ( he's like in the car) So I remember sprinting across the lawn (cause the driveway is kind of blocked by a hedge) screaming "Wait, wait" The older boy finally see his brother an starts yelling "Didn't I tell you not to go anywhere? Didn't I tell you to wait?"
I don't know what happened after that because I woke up

The most hysterical dream I have had this year- and possibly ever:
It is near the end of the third season of Full House. Becky's babysitting inside the Tanner's living room. Stephanie is doing homework while listening to New Kids on the Block (specific song is "The Right Stuff") and Michelle is listening to country music and dancing around to it.
DJ and Kimmy arrive from shopping. DJ says "Hey everyone! It's time for Uncle Jesse's radio show!". So DJ turns on the radio. And even though it is radio, I can see what's happening in the show. Jesse and Joey are cross-dressed. Jesse says "Hi, I'm Jesse Cochran" (his stage name- by then he was going by his real name of Jesse Katsopolis in the show). And Joey says "And I'm Joey Merriman" (again- his stage name). And then Jesse says "And here's my beautiful fiancee..." and he looks for a name and flashes the first name he sees to an also cross-dressed Danny who says "Diane Lane!" in falsetto (this would be the fiancee of the character that Jesse plays, not of Jesse- at that point he and Becky had not even gotten engaged yet).
Scene switches back to the Tanner living room. Becky, DJ, Kimmy, and Stephanie are all cracking up. However, upon hearing the name "Diane Lane", Michelle's face lights up and she opens her mouth and raises her eyebrows in a very pleasantly surprised way. She then goes to her telephone-shaped radio/tape player and turns it on. Another country song starts playing. And Michelle says "that is the most beautiful music in the whole wide world".
And Stephanie puts her hands on her cheeks like Edvard Munch's "The Scream" and shouts "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! " quite loud.
At this point I am laughing so hard, that I wake up having hysterics.
Now the third season of Full House was my favorite. But the only instance of country music appearing in Full House would be "Good Day Sunshine" being the BGM playing in a scene in the second season where DJ is riding a horse. And Danny and Joey did cross-dress to sneak into a sorority meeting. I even had to google Diane Lane to see who she was- and though there is a celebrity by that name, she has absolutely nothing to do with country music.
Last night's dream involved my driving towards my grandparents' beach condo, nearly avoiding crashing into the car in front of me, and the actual condo having hardwood floors and having many more rooms than what it actually does. Actual condo is really small and plain and simple- and I have no interest in going back there.

I've been having dreams about a man, the same man, and being in a romantic relationship with him for the last two months or so. Now if I could just actually MEET this guy, things would be good

ok i had a weird dream:
I was on a trip in California with a large group. we all have huge backpacks and are touring SOMETHING. but were in the middle of a city - there's cars everywhere and its clearly a metropolitan area, so these camping-type backpacks are weird.
then im in a fancy Taco Bell (the building was decorated like with adobe, sort of like buildings in Mexico or Spain? but the interior was kinda like McDonalds) with my co-worker, and she takes out these sneakers from her bookbag (distinctly they are white Nike TNs. she says she ordered them from Fauchon (which is a chocolate maker) and turn pink when you walk in them, but only if you attach the foam to the top of the sneaker.
so she demonstrates for me, and the top of the sneaker starts to turn a fuschia-type pink!
then my mother called me and i woke up. it only makes sense because:
a. i just ordered some Fauchon for my boss
b. my co-workers wears Nikes to work (not the same ones i am talking about though)
but i havent eaten Taco Bell in a while! probably over a year. and ive only been to CA once, and not while backpacking...
