I don't think Bobby is the root for her drug use, but he may have added to it. I can't figure out why Bobby and Whitney insist on being the 2002 version of Ike and Tina. I didn't get a chance to watch the last night's interview, but from what I've read on GC so far, I've managed to come up with a mental picture. Let's just say the mental picture is indeed a hot mess!

Where is Natalie Cole when we need her? I want to ask her if she believes that Whitney was high as hell, when she did that interview. I believe that she was sky high when she did that interview. HC she's always getting sick? How many times a year does she get either bronchitis or laryngitis? HC she won't find a rehab program that is Christ centered? HC her and Michael Jackson need to form a group called "Dumb and Dumber" Will BET take its award back now that she's an admitted crackhead. HC I have so many questions after seeing that interview. Remember that comedian that did the tradgedy bit? This is the greatest tradgedy of our time. All we can do is pray. There is so much I want to say, but there are no words for what I saw last night. At times I laughed, and sometimes I felt downright disgusted at her trying to rationalize her drug abuse by blaming it on the business she's in. Another thing, she don't wanna go rehab, stating that she told her mom that if she could make it without her and Lord she didn't wanna do it. Well I guess if she ever is unfortunate to get cancer, she'll never go see an oncologist. Addiction is a DISEASE you CRACKHEAD! I don't even know what else to say.

In answer to question number one, not all marijuana is cheap, depends on what kind you get. Just thinking as a common consumer, the amount of weed you get compared to the amount of cocaine you get for the same price, the weed goes farther, cuz you get more. When I found out how much people pay for those little vials of cocaine ($250) I was OUTDONE.

But anyways, as for the topic at hand...

I, of course, have no personal experience, but I have HEARD that certain kinds of marijuana are quite pricey, as well. I have a friend who bought some HYDRO in Puerto Rico and he spent quite a lot on it.

I can't say that I hold it against anyone who smokes a little every now and then. I mean smokes WEED not the crack pipe, lol. I have heard that it takes the edge off and calms the nerves. Now this is the first time I am hearing that it is a cure for bipolar, lol. Maybe that is why the folks I know who smoke weed don't seem to experience drastic and sudden mood swings? lol. I fell off the sofa when he said that.

As for Whitney. Bless her. I just feel sorry for her. Cause she tries so hard to come off as this tough, independent woman. What we have to realize is that not everyone is emotionally equipped to handle all of the less glamorous acutrements of being a celebrity (travelling, the press, performing, the pressure, etc.) Not saying that turing to drug use is a good idea, but I just like to try to empathize with people before I condemn. Like N4L said, it is a tragic waste of talent, but on the flip, is it somewhat selfish of us to ask for so much out of our superstars? So much that we turn on them when they crumble under the pressure...pressure that WE are partially responsible for applying?

I don't know, but this is what the interview left me thinking. Playing devil's advocate.
