De'Pasheonee' Zhardayli Faith all queens. I named DeKeybreeon after myself De'is from De'Tajalica Key is because she was my first born and the key to opening a whole new experience for me.Breeon is from my lil cousin who was born in Germany and who is the son of my favorit uncle.Sarasia is her aunt Sara and Asia's names together.they played important roles in my life during my pregnacy.DaShani is from my lil cousin Damisha my, lil sister NaShayla and my baby sister Gronisha.De'Kuaneeque is from me and her Godfather who's name is Kuan.Neeque is because her face was so unique at birth. She looked like noone in my family or her fathers family for the first month of her life.Brizae is because I knew her life would be a new bridge to cross,Zhanise is my favorit cousins middle name who use to beat me up as a child and whom I look up to still to this day.Tom'mi is after her father who name is Thomas Jr. who she looks exactly like. De'Pasheonee' is from me again.I've made it my Passion{Paseon} to be a goob mother and protect her who was the smallest of my children. Who was sick as a baby alot.Zhardayli Faith if you say it fast enough it holds a secret. Zhar{My}Daily Faith.Which I need alot of to raise Three girls.

Now who in the world is this thoughtless????
Those names were interesting...i liked the break down but the names are just ghetto! I couldn't even pronounce them. I feel sorry for these children.

NOW WHAT IS WE GON' GO 'BOUT THAT?! Can we all say Gaylord Focker (Meet the Parents...my favorite movie)!!!!!

I think my name is unique, but not like these people's names. My name is Delphanie-never heard it before.

But I met this girl this summer and I asked what her name was and she said Nefertiti. I almost fell out...so of course, I had to play off my expression and said that fits your personality (mind you, I didn't know that girl for ten minutes!). Why did she ask me how?!! I told her that she seems very quiet, patient, observant, etc...basically BSin my way through it! Well, she said that EVERYBODY TELLS HER THAT! Whew...

WHAT IS WE GON' DO!

names

i thought my name was unique (Shaterika) but i've heard of some others, i'm just the only one that i know of, that spells it like that.
My name has been prounouced wrong since forever whenever someone reads it that's why when i'm discussing my name, i'd rather say it than type or write it.

As far as other names, i have a sister named Kemba and i don't know anyone else to have that name.
I have a brother named Chaka, don't know of any guys with that name.
My father was going to name me Wykitha, glad my mama named me instead, i'm already having problems with this name i have already.

OK since I am in the age group of some of the worst names I will give a few names of some of my friends.

Aqua (boy)
Alvieyle (boy- prononced AL - VEE- YELL)
Albion (means England or English)
La'Tacquaneishia (LA - TOCK - QUA - NISHA)
Dehqwe (girl- D- QUA)

And people wonder why my mom says SIMPLE IS SAFE!

My soror says that he is not old enough yet to realize the fatal flaw with his name so when she asked him how to pronounce it, he did so without batting an eye. I just ask, didn't she have any friends or family to point this out to her? I know that she may have been out of it when she named him, but they do give you 2 weeks to change it. I think that the teachers at his school should pitch in for a name change (at least hyphenate and change the i to y (Shy-thead). Poor kid. He will definately have to grow up "hard".
tooooooooooooooooooooooo funny

My only thing is this... why insist on giving your children these ghetto-fied names and then resort to the nicknames (usually even worse?)

I was working at the Boys & Girls Club this summer, and in just ONE FAMILY ALONE there was a Taw'Keythia (KeKe), a Zha'Coria (ReeRee), a Zha'Treyvion (TreyTrey) and a Sha'Latavia (TayTay).

A few interesting names I've heard:

In high school there was this girl named Treemanisha, we called her Tree for short.

Lemonjello
Orangejello
They were twins at the school I'm teaching at.

Last year I had a child in my class named:

Kia (yes after the car but they didn't say it that way)

Blessings, LZ

I had heard of the Oranjello and Lemonjello before! That's just crazy!
