Like my chapter house. Since we were part of the Greek Quad, we were connected to the fraternities and co-ed houses; if our size changed, then they'd fill those vacant rooms with other students. We only had one single-sex hall on campus--literally, it was a hallway--and that was for women who for religious reasons could not live with the opposite sex. So, to have that policy would be impossible.

I totally think Mom's not getting the full story.

Right. Daughter is either a "repeat offender" (i.e. she has broken the "no boys" rule more than once) or there were other violations involved (i.e. booze).
