Interesting that Penn State has moved to spring recruitment. I wonder if that is fall out from the Beta tragedy.

ADPi doesn't have VCU listed as a colony upcoming even with a TBA date, so I'm assuming it's not happening for us unless something very behind-the-scenes has changed.

We still have VCU listed on our website as "Date to be Determined" -- along with Belmont and Cal State-San Marcos, which also seem to be waiting for the campus go-ahead. We did bow out of the Oregon State stack (which makes me sad, since that would have been a recolonization of a single letter chapter). So, I guess I'm hopeful that something will move forward with these campuses, at some point.
