Greek Life blog The Odyssey recently did a nice story on our Delta Delta (UNC-Chapel Hill) chapter's annual Professor Dinner. The event invites professors over to the sorority house for dinner and an opportunity to get to know the chapter members outside of classes.
In addition, Alpha Beta (Kent State) is Accredited with Honors this year! I haven't heard of many other Accred. statuses but congrats to everyone named Accredited or Accredited with Honors recently! I'll add more if I hear of them.

Eta Beta (Newberry College) received the following awards: Student Organization of the year and Student Community Service Program of the Year (for RPM Teeter-Totter-a-Thon.) One of their sisters was also named Greek Woman of the Year!
Zeta Kappa (Montclair State) was named Greek Organization of the Year!

An Omicron chapter sister was named Greek Woman of the Year at Eastern Michigan University.
Zeta Eta chapter (Winona State University) was named Community Volunteer of the Year by the Winona YMCA.

Delta Psi (St. Joseph) was named Chapter of the Year.
Eta Tau (Embry-Riddle FL) received the following awards at their school's Fraternity and Sorority Life Awards ceremony: Academic Excellence and Excellence in Recruitment. An Eta Tau sister was also named Oustanding Scholar of the Year.
Epsilon Eta (East Stroudsbrg) placed 2nd in the ESU Greek Sing Competition.
Eta Eta (Lynn University) placed 1st in the Mock Rock Greek Week competition.

Alpha Chi (Murray State) was named Chapter of the Year by the University.
An Eta Iota (Defiance) chapter sister was named Greek Woman of the Year. A chapter member also receive the New Member of the Year award.
Epsilon Rho (Minnesota State - Mankato) received the following campus awards: Chapter of the Year, Chapter President of the Year, Scholar of the Year, and The Vawcraz Award for Community Service.

Alpha Beta's Chapter Advisor was named Advisor of the Year by Kent State's Greek Alumni Council!
Theta Beta (UM-Flint) had several sisters named Emerging Leaders 2011 by the University!

An Eta Chi chapter senior was tapped for the Mizzou 39 award. Awarded by the Mizzou Alumni Association, the Mizzou 39 award is presented to 39 seniors who have excelled in the areas of high academic achievement, leadership and service to the university.
An Eta Chi freshman was also selected as one of Omicron Delta Kappa's Top 14 freshmen at Mizzou.

Nu (University of Central Missouri) has won the following awards:
Outstanding Chapter for Programming
Outstanding Chapter for Scholarship
Outstanding Chapter for Campus Involvement.
Greek Woman of the Year (Jackie Bhattarai). She was also named Tri Sigma's Region 4 Outstanding Senior for 2010-2011!

Not only was Zeta Kappa named Greek Organization of the Year, but one of its members was named Greek Woman of the Year.
