I have three favorites...
Fall in line:
Oh when those ADPi girls fall in line
a happier bunch of girls you'll never find.
For Alpha Delta Pi will sing and sing,
For Alpha Delta Pi will sing and sing and sing
and so its hail, hail, hail to the other frats
Of course their all okay and all of that
But if you want to know who is the best
Of all the rest,
Its aaaaa-ddddd-piiiii
Boom boom:
Boom boom I want to go ADPi
Boom boom and baby that ain't no lie
Boom boom I want to go ADPi
Don't You?
Boom boom I want to wear white and blue
Boom boom and wear that diamond too
Boom boom I want to go ADPi don't you
Don't you?
We are truly sisters
Known for loyalty
We can't be beat for friendship
Its Alpha Delt for me
Boom boom I want to go ADPi
Boom boom and baby that ain't no lie
Boom boom I want to go ADPi
Don't You? Won't You?
A-L-P-H-A
A-L-P-H-A D-E-L-T-A
P-I Pi oh my Alpha Delta Pi
When I was a growin high
Always wanted ADPi
Even then I always knew
How much I loved the white and blue
Pi Pi ADPi
Like it love it ADPi
Want it need it gotta repeat it
I just love my ADPi
(Edited because I am dumb and posted before I finished typing )

we were noted for singing the "greek alphabet song" as our exit song during ice waters and usually after another party. it does stick in your mind!
" alpha, beta, gamma, delta, epsilon, zeta, eta,
theta, iota, kappa, lambda, mu, nu xi,
omicron, pi, rho, sigma, tau , upsilon,
phi, chi, psi, omega, let me hear you say,
zeta tau alpha, let me hear you say,
zeta tau alpha, let me hear you say,
zeta tau alpha(repeat as needed) and end with ZETA!!"

I'm really excited to be on the Panhellenic side of recruitment so that I can hear all the entry and exit songs this year. I don't remember many from formal recruitment other than songs from my own chapter so I am looking forward to it!

Couple of songs we sing...
To the tune of the Coke song:
The kites will always fly,
The birds will always sing.
As long is there is Theta
There's always the real thing.
Kappa Alpha Theta is always the one,
Wherever there is fun, always think of Theta.
Doo-doo-doo-doo-doo, always think of Theta.
(this was cute because our recruitment sweatshirts were bright red, with the Coke font)
There's a kite called a Theta kite,
Made of gold and light and shadow,
Spun by the stars in my room last night.
It's a kite made to catch a dream,
Hold it tight until I wake,
As if to tell me that dreaming's alright.
(repeated endlessly, and then stuck in your head for at least a week)

KD had a coke song as well!
Our smiles will always shine,
Our hearts will always sing,
whenever there is rush, there's always the real thing!
Kappa Delta classic is always the one,
whenever there is fun there's always Kappa Delta!
Doo-Doo-Doo-Doo-Doo, Always Kappa Delta!
My favorite song (though it may have been while entering):
Hey look us over and you will see,
we are the best, yes, we are all KD's.
With sisterhood and friendship,
forever we will be.
It's not that we mean boast or brag,
it's just that we want you to know that,
KD is best, (Yes!) better than best, (Yes!)
Go Kappa Delta, you'll be doing fine
With a song in your heart,
A smile on you face,
for everyone to see
If you go Kay Dee!

That's interesting, we did the Coke song too (this is the first year that it won't be used) and we used slighty different words, ours were:
Twinstars will always shine,
The girls will always sing.
As long is there is Theta
There's always the real thing.
Kappa Alpha Theta is always the one,
Wherever there is fun, always think of Theta.
Doo-doo-doo-doo-doo, always think of Theta.
We also used to sing:
Got along without you before we met you can't get along without you now,
so get in step with K-A-T and we will show you how,
we get things done,
we always have fun,
we're convinced there's only one,
it's K-A-P-P-A A-L-P-H-A T-H-E-T-A
that's K-A-P-P-A A-L-P-H-A T-H-E-T-A
(repeated endlessly)
but the one I always liked the best for sticking in your head like no other is:
I'm a Theta, (pointing at yourself)
She's a Theta, (pointing at a sister)
Wouldn't ya like to be a Theta, too? (then we started clapping)
Be a Theta, Kappa Alpha Theta, WOO!
Be A Theta Kappa Alpha Theta, WOO!
We're not a singing chapter by any means and since this is a chant, it's a lot more 'chapter friendly.'

My favorite exit song is another one of the zillion variations on the "Boom, boom, boom, boom" chants:
"Delta Zeta says good-bye to you
Boom, boom, boom, boom,
Hope you'll miss us, 'cause we'll miss you, too
Boom, boom, boom, boom,
Up 'til now it's been a lot of fun,
Delta Zeta, Delta Zeta is the only one
And we want you to hear it
Our Delta Zeta spirit
We are the Delta Z's
We are the Delta Z's
We are the one and only sorority
Delta Zeta, Delta Zeta
Good-bye! From Delta Z
Boom, boom, boom, boom"

We do this one too! When we sing it fast it's probably pretty hard to understand that first line! We also do this dorky clapping thing in between the last two lines.
Actually, we use the first line on our big sis kites (decorated cardboard kites that hang in our living room during big/lil week). One of my non-Greek housemates thought it was a little creepy when I brought that kite home freshmen year.

I have a favorite but I hesitate to type out the words because it's one of those songs that gets stuck in your head and won't stop...
By the light of the Lamp
By the light of the Lamp
By the bright, shiny light
By the light of the Lamp
If you wanna be a DZ
Just come along with me
by the bright, shiny light of the Lamp
Yeee Haa!
(my chapter did this very well; we had big mouths )

I'm trying to figure out how the clapping thing would work in my head. The kite thing is cute though.

We sang that song at our school, but instead of Theta, it was "Alpha born, and Alpha bred".
