Kelvin isn't one of the others... he reffered to them as "hostiles".

"Desmond lives in the station, whilst Kelvin continually leaves in his suit to analyse the outside environment. However, on September 22nd 2004, Desmond notices that Kelvin's suit is ripped, and follows him outside. As he sees Kelvin take off the suit, he realises that he has been fooled. Following him, Desmond finds his sailboat, which has been repaired to almost perfect condition by Kelvin. Desmond confronts him, and in the struggle that follows, appears to have accidentally killed him by slamming his head against the rocks. Taking Kelvin's key, Desmond runs back to the Swan, where the countdown has reached zero. Though he manages to push the button in time to stop total failure, unbeknownst to him his actions inadvertently cause Oceanic Flight 815 to crash, as the realised electromagnetic charge short-circuits the plane's mechanics."

But when Michael turns Kate etc. over Kelvin is there. Also when he comes to find Jack etc. main spokesperson for the Others again. He is an Other...

It's the Fall Season Finale. Lost will go on Hiatus for a few months.

I had to go searching for information on random LOST forums, and confirmed what I saw. This just adds to my frustration with this season, and the multitude of questions piling up-with no answers in sight!!!
GRRRRRRRR!!

Okay, I liked Juliet but I didn't trust her before. Now I think she's awesome! Poor Eko
And what the fuck was up with that camera and the dude with the eyepatch?

ps. I cannot be held responsible if this is in any way a spoiler for you west coasters. No peeking before watching!

NO! NO!NO!NO!NO!

I can't believe the damn writers just killed off Eko. BASTARDS! Next to Locke, he's the best character. There was still so much they could have done with his character. ARGH!

Moving on, I still don't trust Juliet. I did enjoy her little cue card thing but I still think she's up to something no good. The man with the eye patch creeps me out. Weird. Paulo seems to be an airhead. Is that on purpose? That's yet another hatch to go find & explore.
And now I have to figure out a theory about Eko's last words to Locke. "We're next"

I don't get the point of Paolo and Nikki (or whatever their names are). Are they just on the show to state the obvious and look like idiots? Plus, they didn't even introduce them. So annoying.

Also, I don't get the whole monster-killing-Eko thing. Why did it kill him? WTF is it?

I'm up in the air about Juliette. I can't decide if she's tricking Jack or not.

IDK I just hated this episode.

It's a freaking curse. Get pulled over and arrested by the Honolulu Police Department and then get killed off LOST.

I'm just hating the fact that next week's episode is technically the mid-season finale until next year. That's a load of shit -- I don't know why they'd even think of doing something like that.

It's made even more lame when you consider the fact that November is a sweeps month and they're leaving three weeks open to some other programing that will determine their ad revenue for this show. What else do they have?? Did they get football or basketball?? I can't think of anything else that could justify their decision.

ABC announced that the new season of "Lost" would debut Oct. 4. Good news, right? Well, sort of. After the first six episodes, fans will have to wait three months to see the remainder of the season. At ABC's portion of the summer press tour, network president Stephen McPherson blamed the show's intense production schedule for the delay. "If we could run 22 [episodes] straight in the fall we would. But we just can't get the shows done in that amount of time." In its place, to combat sagging ratings for the show's frequent reruns, the network will run a new Taye Diggs thriller called "Day Break" beginning Nov. 15. The show, a cross between "Memento" and "Groundhog Day," will run for 13 consecutive weeks before relinquishing the 9 p.m. Wednesday timeslot back to "Lost" in February."
