I’m literal because consequences are literal. A baby, child support, court, and drama are all literal. And it’s even worse when it’s with somebody you don’t even want long term. Now you risk permanent problems with a temporary person. That’s a terrible contract.

Anybody know anything about or have been infected with a lettuce bacteria making people sick? I learned about it recently but only after I ate a salad using bagged lettuce. Should I be worried?

It’s not bacteria, it’s a parasite. I treat dogs and cats for related coccidia pretty regularly, but this particular little asshole prefers humans. Just keep a clear flight path to the bathroom if you are infected. Good luck.

I looked it up and the most recent news info on it is Taco Bell lettuce apparently is the source. I haven’t eaten any Taco Bell, so I should be good.

Taco Bell? Ew. Well, I think the parasite had the misfortune of hitchhiking on Taco Bell. Frankly, if I were Cyclospora, I’d be worried about what I caught.
