Admit it- do you play Sorority Life?

I hate how things are so far apart on this game, in terms of obtaining medals.

An Example: I won "Miss Congeniality" for organizing 500 events. The next medal I can earn for that is for organizaing 5,000 events. I mean, really? There is no middle ground? That seems like a horribly large window. For confidence, I have reached 800. The next time for me to get a medal for that is to reach 2,000. That seems way off and far-fetched. It just seems dumb.

Another complaint I have is how people really take this game so seriously. Listen, if you attack me a million times because you have more strength, sisters, etc. and I can't win an attack against you...guess what-I'm gonna' smack the hell outta' ya! Is that such a bad thing? It is a stupid game.

In fact, I smacked a girl silly and she ended up voting for me. I sent her a vote and we are now in the same house. It really isn't such a big deal, but some people make it into one. It is not as if I am walking up to you in RL and smackin' you around. So, what is the big deal with people getting so upset about it? If you attack me a million times, I get why you did it-you have more "something" than me. I don't get upset. I realize it is a stupid game and just smack you. I never get personally offended. Why do other people?

For whatever reason, someone has decided that Slapping is a Cardinal Sin that places you lower on the Heaven-list than a male-whore with a stolen porn collection. I don't know.

Hahahahaha...Thank you, AlphaFrog. I think I'm going to use that as my "quote of the day" because it made me laugh out loud (the way DDDlady made me do earlier)....I need to stop actually laughing out loud while in the library or people are going to think there is something seriously wrong with me....

I agree. People get so freaked out over the slapping thing. I figure if you keep beating me-you must be winning and you are trying to level up. I've seen people drop some serious cash on this game, too. I don't know why. It is crazy that some people take it to that extent.

I've even seen people say things like they were going to do some "house cleaning" and get rid of sisters who didn't vote for them on the cat walk. Seriously? I could care less if I am on the catwalk. You just get beat up more because some girls take that thing too seriously and get mad when they see you on there. I just like to play this game in between doing any school work. It is just that: A game....

some people on sl are CRAZY and OBSESSED. I have this one lady in my house who is older and tries to bring us, her sl house, into her real life drama. She asked me yesterday if i was willing to drive to minnesota and be a "good sister" and help her fight some lady who may or may not be sleeping with her boyfriend. wtf? how about no. needless to say she has been removed from my friends.

I LOLLOLLOLed at the new BP Boyfriend - he looks like Robert Pattinson. I still play SL for whatever reason, and I'm a Twilight fan, too, but that doesn't mean I want them all in the same place. I see enough of both as it is.

ETA: I wonder if tomorrow's will have a slightly wolfish appearance.

Ummm....WOW!!! Can I just say how "Creepy" that is? Some people have no issues with asking random strangers to do them "favors" in the sake of being "friends" or something along those lines. I'm sure you have time to just drop whatever you are doing to just head to Minnesota and get involved in her low class life style. That is just too weird. I'm glad you said no.

There's this girl on the sisters forum thingie who, in each post, she talks about all the real-life couture brand stuff she owns, how incredibly skinny she is, and how in the game she HAS to have every piece of glam they come out with...
I just want to smack her and tell her to shut the hell up...I'm guessing she really weighs 350 Lbs, has more grease on her face than a pizza, buys all her clothes from KMart and has no life.

Hahahaha...I know-I knew exactly who you were going to say. I think she was in playboy. I know she is a Zeta from some school in Florida. I have actually talked to her and she seems nice, but I knew you were going to say her. If you go check out the SL Forum, she posts pictures of all the actual glam she owns and pictures of her at the Playboy mansion.

Like I've said, from what I have talked to her-she seems nice. I do hate when people do that stuff, though.
