I personally prefer coaches who go after one another. Fulmer-Spurrier, Dye-Bryant, Tuberville-Sherrill...

Congrats to Frank Solich and OU (and DeltAlum) for winning the MAC East...I'm really happy for Frankie (I get to call him that b/c my aunt and uncle - my mom's younger siblings - were at Lincoln Southeast when he first started coaching) that he was able to take Ohio so quickly to the MAC championship game. Hopefully he's stays there in Athens for a while as it's a place where I think he can really do a lot of good - the expectations aren't nearly so high, but he can still be successful. Of course I'm hoping even harder for Turner Gill to work some magic in Buffalo (which I think he can) so that the MAC east is an all Nebraska roots affair each and every season.

I'm probably going to be a bigger Buffalo fan so long as Turner is there (because Turner is probably one of, if not THE, most beloved Husker ever), but he's got a long way to go.

Sad about Michigan. Hate to see OSU get the win. However, eat me Bama!

I watched the Iron Bowl today and I noticed a lot of Auburn fans in JEANS. How tacky and northern of them.

Most people you see dressing up are in fraternities and sororities......and it wasn't in Auburn.

LOL, I know this - I just think it's funny because you guys always talk about that. I saw plenty of Bama fans who were dressed "appropriately" by your standards.

Ohio State 42
Michigan 39

ABSO-BUCKEYE-LUTELY, BABY!!

Great game by both teams but the "Sweatervest" and the boys showed by they're the best college team in America.

Michgan's ability to move the ball was unexpected, but I knew the Michigan D couldn't stand up against our offense.

On to the Fiesta Bowl and the National Championship!!

Congrats to Ohio State. Michigan made some key mistakes which cost them the game, for sure (like OSU being on 3rd and 15 and Michigan getting a roughing-the-passer penalty, giving OSU a first down which led to a TD). But, Congrats to OSU, you played the better game (today). We did give you a run for your money though!

I'd just like to take a moment to point out:

UF 62, WCU 0

I know it wasn't exactly an even match-up, but honestly! At first I thought it was a basketball score!

The depth at the WR position killed the wolverines today. It sucked to see big blue lose but it was a great game nonetheless.

Michigan missed two opportunities to convert turnovers into points. They got a field goal with the third. It was a good game though!
