They should criminalize obesity itself, that would solve so many of America's problems.

WOW! Such originality is spawned only from a leader Panterteke! Why, you should run for president, right there along Paris Hilton...

But I actually can see where the previous statement was going, how hard is it to find a drug that will be noxious enough to kill someone is not the question, The question is where do you find a drug or substance that can 'put down' a human being without it being cruel or unusual ie. painful in any way, which is where the problem lies
It wouldn't be hard to find a chemical or venom that could kill him, even if almost instantly, it is considered cruel though for his last moments [even if only a few seconds] to be in excruciating pain...

What we need is Jim Jones to come back from the grave and do a little recruiting... koolaid anyone?

LOL. Or rather they could fcuk up on a lap band or bariatric surgery--it's probably cheaper than to give him a lethal injection...

We should take him to a Golden Corral and see how long it takes him to eat himself to death.

Haha, I would.. But I have too many questionable pics floating around on Facebook to ever be considered for office.

A moot point at this stage, but I hadn't read his stats before, 5'7" and 267# is certainly heavy but doesn't seem "morbidly obese" to me so now I'm surprised at how far that lame argument actually went. I was picturing someone along the lines of those guys that take up the whole bed and have to wear sheets because nothing even fits them from the "Big & Tall" shops anymore. This guy's just bulky, he won't have any problems meeting his maker and the judgment he's been due for 22 years...

Since I do this about everytime I work (lethal injection that is) I would use a combination of propofol and then beuthanasia (pentobarbital)-he would be dead in about 20 seconds or sooner. It isn't that hard. I don't understand why they have to use so many injections for executions. If you really are worried about him feeling pain then give a combination of valium and fentanyl-very cheap drugs and they are very good pain controllers/induction agents.
I think veterinarians in general see lethal injection very differently. Maybe they should employ us to do the job. I wouldn't have a problem with it.

1. Barring a mircale from God, he will die today and

2. Everytime I read some of these comments I hear Robin Harris', "Gotta Go, Gotta Go." in my head.

Cases like this are kind of tough for me - the guy is obviously making some ridiculous arguments against his eligibility for the death penalty, and he's kind of making a mockery of the system. At the same time, I'm against capital punishment.

Either way, I guess it doesn't matter.

I honestly didn't know! In fact, I had to google their names to be sure they were ADPis. But at the end of the day, it doesn't matter. He had 22 more years to live than his victims did. I'll venture to say that both Dawn McCreery and Wendy Offredo would have lived more constructive lives than he did.

Yes, they were ADPi sisters at U of Akron, who had just left work and were heading to a party. Two of their ADPi sisters were witnesses to the execution.
