Sorry for the confusion... I had this memory of someone telling me RIF = read it first when I asked as a GC newcomer. Guess I was wrong... BUT, my own interpretation of Lucy's comment was that she was confused because she thought it was a reference to RIF the philanthropy, as in KKG's national philanthropy.
