88 Tercel. Yes, I said 88, not 98! My first car, and one I'll probably be stuck with for a long time. It was one of those little old lady church/grocery store cars and only had 64,000 when I got it three years ago. But it's paid for... I used to think it was just adorable, but my boyfriend just got a new truck (I had to laugh when I read all those guys talking about theirs!) and now I'm kinda wanting something newer.

I drive a black '95 Toyota Supra (Special Edition-Limited). I like it.

If anyone has seen "The Fast and the Furious" the orange car at the end is a hooked up '94 Toyota Supra, with targa top like mine.

I have a hunter green 2001 Saturn SC1 with the essentials CD player and sunroof for summer roadtrips, but I also have a huge car payment. What I wouldn't give to have my oold car still alive. It was a 93 Pontiac Grand Am, red. Nothing spectacular but it drove great until it died - the engine blew -in January. So, I was out the $5,000 I paid for it two years ago - all the money I had to my name.

I did get $300 for it from a scrap yard, but that is not as much as my monthly payment. Sad story, huh!

I have a 96 Dodge Stratus that I can't wait to get rid!! hopefully, it will last until March. Then, my mechanic is considering buying it.

As for replacement, I want a Toyoyta Highlander, Nissan Maxima/Altima, Saturn L Series (or maybe the new SUV) or.... depends on our budget cause my hubby will need a new/used car to replace his 92 Honda Civic..but hey, he just got a motorcycle!

Green, what other color is there?

Would love a new car, but will have to wait to marry rich and/or no house payment, whichever comes first.

My daily driver is an Anthracite Grey, V-8 powered 1985 Mercedes Benz 380SE, that I've driven since the first week of 1999.

My parents' rationale: "We aren't having you own a little tinny sport coupe that folds up like a beer can in an accident."

For once, I have to agree with them. It's a great car. A 16-year old Mercedes in excellent condition gets far more attention from just about anyone than a new model of just about any other make.

And, it's a blast to drive, fast, very smooth, very luxurious, handles very well.

Yesterday we picked up my new 2001 Mercedes ML 430 (their version of the SUV). It's not the superduper expensive model; it's the middle of the road one but I absolutely LOVE it so far! It's the first vehicle I've ever owned that had a CD player so the kids and I were jamming back and forth from the mall today

Yes, it's a mom-mobile but, hey, that's where I am right now! I swear though, I WILL get that BMW 325 convertible before I die, Dammit!!!

I'll probably be a European car owner for life. American cars, while fine, are still domestic cars ( I kind of dig the Lincoln LS though), and most Japanese cars are a little bland for my taste (I'd LOVE a silver or black Lexus IS 300 with a couple of subs in the back...yeah, I'm a guy if you can't tell ).

European cars have the right amount of style, exclusivity, sporting appeal and general overall feeling of substance that pushes my buttons. After I get rid of "my" Benz, I'm probably going to get a newer, smaller Benz or maybe a 5-series Bimmer from the early 90's...with a manual transmission, of course.

Fortunately the thread specified 'vehicles' so what I drive most while in Texas is one of 4 motorcycles. I have a truck, '82 Jeep Cherokee with over 200,000 miles and about ready for another engine (I will never get rid of my truck), but I also have an Infiniti Q45. I will be getting rid of it soon as quick as I find something else. BMW 740IL maybe? I am not really a big car guy, I had a Mits 3000 GT VR4 before the Q, but needed the bigger car to carry my mothers wheelchair. Viper for me someday. Unfortunately I have a rental while I am on island and I have a lovely Daewoo Lanos. Don't ask, I have never seen one before either.

I have a 1990 red Ford Festiva. Yes, it's small, but can fit my 6'4 bro and his 3 friends in it with head room to spare, gets 42 mpg, has been down to Baja and back, and gets me the 300 miles each way across the state to visit my honey every other weekend.
My mom gave it to me two years ago on the condition that if I ever wanted to sell it, I had to give it back to her first! (she's been looking for another one ever since!)
