So I did a lot of crying and tried to pull myself together so that I could think about this. I was feeling pretty confident that I would get a bid from Kate Spade, and only a litle less confident about Francesco Biasia. I asked my rho gammas, who I was positive were a Chloe and a Cole Haan, if the rumors I had heard about Francesco Biasia partying too hard were true. They were adament that all the chapters partied the same amount.
Then I thought about the actives I had met at each chapter. Even though I liked most of the girls I met toward the end of recruitment at Kate Spade, there were a few girls I had met earlier who I felt no connection with, where I felt like I connected with all the girls at Francesco Biasia.

Sorry! I'm working retail full time and I've been super busy. I didn't realize what a big commitment a thread was! Sounds ridiculous, but it's true.

This is not going to be detailed because I have work in an hour, and I have to finish packing for a cross country trip.

When bid day came, I was freaking out all day, so were my friends. I was also really sad I wasn't going to be in Sally's chapter. The bid day activities seemed to take forever, but finally they handed out our bids and mine read:

Francesco Biasia

Jill accepted a bid to Francesco Biasia

Elizabeth dropped out before coming to bid day, but because of her talk with the director of Greek Lifel, we know she got a bid to Kate Spade.

Sally got a snap bid to Francesco Biasia. She got the bid at the same time as we did, so the only way she knew it was a snap bid was that she hadn't gone to preference at this chapter, and she put it 3rd. She was disapointed at first, but now she completely loves it. She's going to be the Director of Community Service next semester.

The houses were
Francesco Biasia-Alpha Phi
Kate Spade-Kappa Alpha Theta
Chloe-Gamma Phi Beta
Cole Haan- Pi Beta Phi
