Honeykiss, I'm confused. Who is hearing what? The CNN article says the Fed. Court refused again. But you said the Atlanta Court is hearing it. Did I misread?

Girl, news changes fast! Earlier today when I posted that link, it had an article about the Atlanta Court agreeing to hear it their petition again.

They "heard" it, but rejected the plea, if you will.
Stop. toying. with. these. parents.

I just heard on NPR that Terri died this morning.
God bless her and may He bring her family peace.

Terri Schiavo Dies After Long Legal Battle
POSTED: 9:54 am EST March 31, 2005
UPDATED: 10:44 am EST March 31, 2005
For 15 years, she was kept alive on a feeding tube -- prompting an epic legal and medical battle that would divide the nation. And now, family representatives say Terri Schiavo has died.

Yes, it is so sad. I really hate the way that her last days had to be paraded like a circus before the nation. The parents and the husband should have been able to come to an agreement or something long before all of this crap in the media. Goodness,

Ok, how come her parents and husband have gotten on my last nerve?
THEY ARE *STILL* FEUDING! Can't they just let her soul rest in *peace*?
I just heard this morning that there will be two different funerals - the parent's funeral and the husband's funeral. And that they are also feuding b/c the husband is burying her in a plot that he has up north while the parents wanted her buried near them in Florida. I swear, GET A GRIP PARENTS!! That woman was *married* to that man. A man and woman ***leave*** their parents and cleave unto each other (or something like that LOL) when they get married. My Goodness! I have never seen parents be so possessive over their grown child in my life!
Even still, one side should just be the ADULT and give in! Goodness! Is it worth all this. At this point, it seems like it's a pride, who's going to win thing more than anything.
Grown folk can be so silly sometimes,

That's the most bizarre thing I think I've ever heard. I had mixed feelings about the parents' role while the woman was alive, but she's gone now. The parents ought to pull up and let the man bury his wife.
