It depends on if I feel like cooking.

If there is someone that I feel like cooking for.

Most Sundays I cook a whole bunch of something and have that for lunch.

Or I'll have some people over and we'll all have a lil something on the meal.

LOL. I thought the same thing.

I bought Curry veggies, spicy tofu, brown rice, salad, and fruit.

However, they had a luncheon at school and I ate chicken chow mein, orange chicken, salad, and fruit.

LOL, I didn't cook this menu. MamaTrap made the steak, and we got the basmati from a Persian restaurant.

i love leftovers!!!

i made some potato pancakes and used some of ava's applesauce....lol. with that i had grits and eggs...i love monday brunch .

Subway's Chipotle Steak Melt or some thing like that. All I remember is that it had steak, cheese, some spicy sauce and it was good!!
