At LSU each sorority sings their own rush song which usually stays the same year after year. The PNMs line up outside in alphabetical order and the actives all stay inside the house but make a pathway which the girls walk through to meet their host girl. It gets so loud that you can't hardly hear the girl that you're playing host to until all the girls are inside. Practicing "bouncing and clapping" can be long and tiresome during recruitment workshop but its fun in the end. Everyone ends up getting all the sorority songs stuck in their heads by the end of the week.
