as i watch Nancy Reagan, her two children, her stepson, the in-laws (one w/a new fiancee) in the funeral procession, i wonder, where is Ronald Reagan's Black granddaughter? his late daughter Maureen adopted a girl from Uganda a few years ago. i see her widower (now engaged) but not the girl who's in her teens. plus it was reported that Reagan left behind two grandchildren and not three.
what up w/that? this enquiring mind wants to know...

I don't understand this church fan thing at all, I've never seen one - are your churches not air-conditioned?

Dunno. Only thing I know was the gal's name is Rita Revell and she should be around 18 or 19 now. When Maureen died, Rita was 16.

What a Woman
While I certainly am no supporter of our former president, I am saddened to see his wife deal with his death. I've watched her in the media for the last 10 years and have a great deal of respect for any woman that puts her husband and his well-being first. I'm sure this is a difficult time. I can't help but hope that I too will be as deserving to have a spouse that cares and supports until I take my last breath.
I say cheers to Nancy all caregivers!

Professor,
Become a well-paid actor, president of the Actor's Screen Guild, governor of a state, and the US president and I am sure you will.

I guess it depends on the congregation. I'm a little heatheny, so I might not be the best source for such information. But these fans--the most popular ones have MLK. Jesus is also pretty common. It's a piece of cardboard with a wooden stick--like a large tongue depressor--stapled to it.

LMAO
The church I previously attended had those fans everywhere, but it was AC. I think people get all hot and worked up from "shouting".
