tons of movies filmed in Belgrade but nearly all are in Serbian.
A new movie is being filmed here right now with CHRISTOPHER WALKEN and Diego Luna (whom I must meet! augh!) but I can't find the name of it on imdb.com

I am from Harrisburg, PA and the movies filmed in my city were Distinguished Gentleman, which I think starred Eddie Murphy, and Girl Interrupted with Winona Rider. Two pretty big name movies for a city that no one knows!
