I'll admit that I watch the show faithfully and I'm hooked on "Autobiography".

Still, it's amazing that she only got hooked up with a vocal/speaking coach after the fact that she got callouses on her nodes.

Don't get me wrong, I'd rail her, but she's a cross between Avril Lavigne and Michelle Branch, and I'd only take Michelle out of the two.

Her and Jessica's parents are either have silver spoons shoved up their asses or just BAD parents.

It's weird to see her guitarist, Braxton on TV. He used to be a scrawny little kid and now he's a semi-rockstar. Too bad he's too young for me.

I can't stand looking at her chin.

I bought the CD and really like it. But it does really bug me how she tries soooo hard to not be like Jessica. It wasn't a surprise to see her boyfriend break up with her, you could tell he was not into her and completly annoyed by her, it's like how could she NOT see it??

She needs to get over this whole "I'm not my sister" thing. I get it already, you're different. Putting out "Shadow" as a single won't help her distance herself from Jessica. I think "La La" would have been a better choice. It also bugs me how she acts like a lunatic when she performs live...with the wild hand gestures and weird dancing.

i know, right? i was watching one of many ashlee marathons yesterday, and i noticed that. i wondered if her intention was to look like courtney love cracked out.....she's not on drugs (i assume), so i don't know why she twitches on stage like she is. and i couldn't believe how nastay she was to her dad....i realize dad's are annoying, but GEEZ. rudeness!

THANK GOD it's over. Hopefully MTV won't do a second season. I can't stand flipping through the channels and hearing her voice...

her hair, her voice, gawd her clothing styles is scary enough........she annoys me to know end. I like jessica ....jessica is a real girly girl and has a great voice...she can give ashlee a few tips on being a real girl......ashlee is just not pretty at all...i smell the nepotism bug once again.

uh-oh.....i watched "on air" the other day with her on it, and she said she was in fact doing a second season.

OK, this thread needs to be resurrected because I know a lot of y'all caught Ashlee's embarassing moment on SNL last night!

Let's face it though, Ashlee's not the only perfomer out there who does Memorex performances.

In the future, don't blame the band or anyone else. At least the band had the decency to stick around, remain on stage, and play instead of dancing like y'all were at a hoedown.

That was such a weird moment. I didn't understand why they couldn't just stop and start playing the right song. Her excuse at the end of the show and the "hoedown" dancing was so lame.

They probably couldn't get the music cued in time. I think she was supposed to sing the song "Shadow", and if I remember correctly the intro's way different from "Pieces of Me".

But then again she was probably too nervous and was in the process of shatting her pants and that's why she couldn't do her song.
