Total list of Officers that all Pi Phi chapters have that vote on Exec:
Chapter President
VP Moral--Regular VP + Philanthropy + Standards
VP Social--New Member Educator
VP Moral--Academics + Cultural life
Treasurer
Secretary--Recording Secretary
Recruitment Chair--Plans Rush parties
Membership Chair--Runs voting and RIFs + Alumnae Relations
Panhellenic Delegate
Social Chair--Plans social events
House Manager (if applicable)
Other non-voting offices my chapter has (some of which can vary from chapter to chapter):
Risk Manager
Public Relations Chair
Efficiency Chair--similar to a corresponding secretary
Historian
Transition Officer--can be likened to a senior class president
Philanthropy Chair--we plan on adding this one
The two most unique aspects of Pi Phi are the division of recruitment duties to the Recruitment and Membership Chairs and the fact that there is no Ritual Chair (duties are kind of divided up among officers). Although I believe some chapters do have non-voting Archivists or Ritual Chairs.

Sus- you put two VP Morals! The Vp Mental is in charge of academics. The difference in our chapters is that our Recording Secretary is in charge of initiation.

The only reason I remember is I was scholarship chair two different years in my chapter...

Besides us, SAE uses Archon. But there is another word used with it, I just can't think of what it is.

Phi Kappa Psi has an office called Archon also, but it is for one of the six district wide undergraduate officers who sit on our Executive Council.

Our "mandatory" chapter officers are:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Treasurer
Historian
Warden (guards the door and is custodion of ballot box and certain other chapter equipment; other duties as chapter may assign)
Alumni Secretary
Fraternity Education Officer (FEO)(responsible for probationary membership program)
Faculty Advisor
Chapters may, and often do, establish other offices, such as rush chair or songleader.
As for ritual, I'll just plead the fifth on who's responsible.

President
Vice President (the one who takes over for the prez if necessary)
Recording Secretary
Treasurer
Person in charge of rituals
Person who plans rush
Person who guides the pledges
In Tau Delta...
1) President (el Presidente we call her..she's a spanish major)
2)Vice President
3) Recording Secretary (takes notes at meetings)
4) Treasurer is the same
5) Typically our President is in charge of orchestrating rituals, but some rituals call for other offices, such as the Historian, who is in charge of keeping records of significant chapter happenings/developements/ maintaining important ritual things.
6) Recruitment Chair and Assistant Recruitment Chair
7) We changed from Pledge Educator (Pledgicator!) to Pledge Mistresses (instead of Pledge Ed and Assistant Pledge Ed...usually both parties do equal work so why not give them equal titles?).

President
Vice President (the one who takes over for the prez if necessary)
Recording Secretary
Treasurer
Person in charge of rituals
Person who plans rush
Person who guides the pledges
If you have more than have names you have to explain, add those too!

Treasurer- self explanatory
Education Director- Deals with the academics of the chapter
Membership Recruitment Director- in charge of recruitment
Panhellenic Delegate- reports from Panhellenic meeting, keeps track of member points and attendance
We have 2 appointed ritual chairs.

At convention last year, the Fraternity voted to update two committee chair's titles to better reflect their positions.
Scolarship is now Vice President - Academic Excellence
Social is now Events Chair

At our Convention last summer, Pi Beta Phi introduced a new officer structure that will be implemented with the next officer election (so it is completely different than what has previously been explained on this thread)
President
VP Member Development (academics/ programming/ 1st VP)
VP Fraternity Development (ritual/heritage)
VP Finance (House Director reports also)
VP Membership (New Member Coordinator reports to her)
VP Admistration (standards/ correspondant/ recording secretary functions)
VP Philanthropy
VP Communications (she will serve as Panhellenic delegate)
VP Event Planning (Social Chair and Recruitment report to her)

Thank you. This has been bugging me for many many years. We could never figure out what the Kustos did.
