Not All Locals are Bad.

Short lived as it was before LXA, I for one did not allow Hazing as a Local. That Was My beleif. We Knew it Then. More so do We Know it Now. Well supposed to now! When I find out about a Chapter that Does This, I get Irate as Hell!

If I am An (Offricer) International Member, I would advise against it! If They contunute, They Are Gone! Period!
