anyway...

No fetus killing, but adult killing is ok?

Someone already posted this so I'll just repeat -

As screwed up as it is, we have a judicial system in this country that punishes you if you commit a crime.

These women voluntarily aborted, the doctor didn't pin them down and kill their babies......Paul Hill murdered the doctor in cold blood - he deserves his punishment.

thank you for saying what i had trouble expressing

From someone who PROUDLY participated in the 1992 Pro Choice March on Washington I gotta applaud you and say
THANK YOU!

ALSO TO ADD:
To the MEN who lead these groups: When you can have periods, get preggo and deliver a baby, THEN we can talk..other than that, until you can walk a mile in my size 10 stilettos, you have no right to say what a woman can and cannot do with her body!

Fry his butt!

Ok abortion is legal. Kind of like ritual execution of a fetus. Ok I can dig it.

So, is a situation the causes a miscariage or the nurder of the mother count as as murder of the fetus also? That is the legislation that Congress is considering.

Laci Peterson double homicide comes to mind.

Conner was viable at the time of killing. Sure I am pro-choice but I am NOT into third trimester terminations!

Slight hijack

I don't believe in the death penalty PERIOD, so of course my answer would be that he shouldn't be executed and not because of his stance on abortion.

There was a time that I was pro-choice, but after miscarrying twice (10 weeks & 16 weeks), there is no way in the world you can tell me that was some random clump of cells. Please do not demean my intelligence nor your own by saying that.

But that's not what this thread is about. It's about a man who very wrongly played God and executed another man. He was found guilty, he does not seem to be repentant, and if the law mandates his execution, so be it.

Seeking joy in anyone's death is not very constructive to anyone.

ok just to clear up the clump of cells -

I've miscarried
I've also given birth to a wonderful baby boy
I'm now expecting #2 in March

Obviously I don't think its a "random" clump of cells. I believe children are a gift, however unplanned or unwanted.

That doesn't give allowance for the situation or beliefs of another human being. I was not insulting my intelligence or anyone elses' by referring to the baby as a clump of cells. Until the 9th week of pregnancy when it offically is termed a fetus - it is an embryo, a clump of cells.

murder is murder is murder. He violated Thou Shalt Not Kill in the Ten Commandments. Unless he repented, I dont think he's going to get a great reward in heaven. I dont know where he is with the Lord so Im not going to say he's going to hell either.

personally, i think he's a little demented. thats just me

It's chillingly reminiscent of expecting 76 virgins in Paradise, isn't it? I took the time to read a few of his supporters' threads today. As much as I'm Pro-Life, I think he's done more harm to the Pro-Life movement than good.
