Re: Rick and make-up. If you look at his old videos "SuperFreak" etc. you will see he wore makeup. Many artists 'back in the day' wore makeup, even men.

The Charlie Murphy True Hollywood Stories takes the cake. Hilarious!!! I think Rick's slurred speech is due to the drugs and didn't he have a stroke or heart attack last year?
Also Rick James, Tina Marie and Morris Day and The Time are doing an old school concert here in Detroit next month. My hubby really wanted to go see Rick but after seeing the Chappelle show and his slurred speech he is having second thoughts.
Has anyone seen him in concert lately? How did he sound?

The episode with John Mayer playing the guitar is hilarious to me.
It is so funny to see the guy in the barber shop doing the robot...he looks crazy!!

I did see that. This was my first time watching the Dave Chappell Show and I saw three back to back. I was CU the whole 1-1/2 hours. I am now officially hooked.
