Can I just tell yall how NOT fun Thanksgiving is when you're:

a) a vegetarian
b) sick with something that makes you throw up NON STOP
and
c) you have a broken wrist.....

This day has been one from hell, and I just wanna cry!!!

Hope everyone else's turned out much better than mine!

JAM, you are the coolest mom

Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

I had a great day, it was nice to not think about law school for awhile. I'm going to study part of the day tomorrow and then go meet some friends that are in town. It'll be my first real socail outing in months. I can't wait

I had a good Thanksgiving. I ate Junior's Cheesecake for dessert. If you have never tried it, you should. THE BEST!

Aw shucks Juniorgirl, I have my moment BOTH ways! LOL!

FAB*SpiceySpice-I'm so sorry about your wrist and being SICK!
I sure hope you get some leftovers (meatless) If you are full fledge as in no dairy...oooooh tough! I woudn't know how to cook without dairy! I sure would hate to eliminate meat because USUALLY, that's my crowning jewel. (Well actually, my soups get the "oohs" and "ahs")

Still have a warm spot in my heart for UT, and find the whole rivalry thing amusing & fun. Brother graduated from UT, and married a lovely Aggie girl he met in law school....talk about a house divided this week. Told my brother that my daughter would be more likely to go to College Station than Austin for college b/c there's no DZ chapter at UT. Priorities, right?

Oh, and Aggies are alright too.
Haha, of course, you've got to have your Greek priorities

Yeah, i can't hate the horns too much, the reason i'm a Sigma Nu is because one of my best friends from HS was the commander of the UT chapter when i was goin through rush. Besides the fact that i felt right at home with the A&M chapter, the fact that i could call him my bro was another selling point.

1 hr and 40 min to kickoff....please God grant us a Thanksgiving Miracle

Well since we were in San Antonio for Thanksgiving, we had to go eat out. We knew there were going to be hotels that had thanksgiving buffets, but the ones we saw were like $60 per person or more. We found out Cracker Barrel was open, so we went there. It was so good. I had turkey, ham, gravy, cornbread dressing, sweet potatoes, biscuits, corn, and pumpkin pie. We all had a good time and were together, which is what was most important!
