Ladies:
Don't be embarrased about being waxed! Thats the waxers job. It really doesn't hurt that much I swear!!! I've never had any burns or bumps and the redness is gone by the next day. I always used to shave everything bald but it in no way compares to waxing. I only have to wax every 4-6 weeks as compared to shaving every other day.
Gentlemen:
I think things definetely need to be trim down there especially the 'twins' as someone put it! A little bit can be left up on top but thats just about all I want to see.

I meant to say it's trimmed low....
I don't like the baldness either....
I feel bare when it has been like that...

i HAD to respond
Being involved with a VERY hairy man, i couldn't keep quite on this one.
My guy is very umm, vain when it comes to his body, so he pays particular attention to EVERYTHING. He gets his back waxed regularly, and occasionally has sported the hairless chest. He has trimmed his area, he has "landscaped" it, and at one point, completely shaved it. I was very concerned when he shaved it all off (1) because i thought he would damage the merchandise (2) because i thought about the discomfort I go through when hair grows back in.
but...
i was very satisfied with the finished product. It didn't seem bigger or different or anything, it just (excuse my french) gave me the opportunity to appreciate his body in a new way. I mean, i think most ladies would agree that it's not too pretty down there (i like to frolic in the dark, never been too turned on by looking at men's packages)... but his shaving helped us out by adding a new dimension to things. He doesn't go hairless all the time, but when he does, i let him know it's appreciated.
Anyway - I don't think it's anything wrong with guys shaving or waxing down there - i just get a crazy visual when imagining a salon technician down there trying to wax the "boys"....

i can say from this bbw's point of view, it can be difficult when it comes to dating, but the key is being confident in yourself and being comfortable in your own skin.
the other thing is realizing that it takes a quality guy to appreciate bbw's. a.k.a. most guys you find at your local bar aren't going to go for plus size chicks typically.
for those who are bbw's or admire bbw's, i highly recommend www.bbwpersonalsplus.com
i have my profile posted on there and i've met some awesome men and women who if nothing else are now friends.

Sweetie, I could NOT figure out your post the first time I read through it and then I realized that you're thinking of a whole other BBW. The BBW in this thread stands for Brazilian Bikini Wax.
But I think the idea of being confidant and comfortable with yourself pertains to both kind of BBWs!

Indeed!
I've never seen a guy who's had a BBW--of course trimming is essential... I'm just interested to find a real male person who's done it!
