Hehe, yeah Tara! I'm so happy that you went to KD!

Keep in mind that one girl does not have all the power to not give a bid to a girl. The rest of the house easily can love you. IN a large group of girls, there are always a few that you're not going to click with. I love all my sisters, but there are definately a few that I don't get along the best with.

Tara, you are going through with a great mindset! You will make an asset to any glo. as for the girl who was rushing that you weren't crazy about...give her the benefit of the doubt, she was probably up late voting, she could have PMS, or maybe the girl she really wanted decided not to come back. so just go with flow, you'll be fine!

As stressful as rush is for the rushees, it's so much more stressful for the chapters. We have to decorate, clean, cook, vote, etc. etc. and keep a smile on our face all throughout rush. We start hours before the rushees come and end several hours after they leave. It's tough as hell, similar to bootcamp :O) So sometimes if a girl seems out of it, that may be why.

Wait until you're on the other side... you'll wish you were a rushee again! Rush is fun but you feel like you got run over by a train when it's over

Tara, you've got a positive attitude and an open mind and that will take you so far in this whole recruitment experience! I'm glad to hear that you were open to an organization that you weren't so sure about at first (and I'm super glad that you're lovin' KD

I hope you had fun at ADPi. You will soon find out that the choice will be a hard one to make. You will like different things about both chapters. I'm glad you had fun at the KD Party. I'm waiting to see how your second party went. Just remember to keep an open mind. As long as you follow your heart, you will be happy no matter where you go. When is Bid day for you?

Ok, i went to ADPi and had a great time! I clicked with a lot of the sisters and they seemed like really sweet girls. Their skit was really really cute too! And they served daquiris....yummy. See how i always mention the drinks or goodies i've gotten...haha. I really liked ADPi and i'm not sure which GLO i liked more, KD and ADPi were both great and fun organizations and hopefully if all goes well, i'll end up in one of them. We find out our invites again tonight at 10:30 (which by the way turned into 2:00AM...i got 3 hours of sleep) and i hope that i don't get cut by either GLO. We have more parties tomorrow, well hopefully i do....and then pref night and THEN bid day....it seems soooo far away. Ah well, wish me luck tonight and if i don't get a bid or anything, i'll still be sure to post and let ya'll know whats going on. You all are great women (and men in some cases) and are wonderful assets to anything you take part in. Thanx for being there.

Tara- I was heavily cut when I went through formal last year, and although it was more stressful for me, I know that the GLO i ended up in was the only one that was right for me. I am sure that the same thing will happen for you. Good luck with the rest of recruitment and above all else HAVE FUN!

I am so glad you got invited back to 2 houses that you love. I hope everything works out just the way you want it to!!! But if not, just remember, EVERYTHING happens for a reason!
