Worst person ever gives Dunkin Donuts workers hell over missing receipt

She seems like the kind of person who's just been waiting for someone to forget to give her a receipt, so she can catch them and make them deliver on the free order promise. I think the police should have been called, specifically for her hate speech at the end.

I think it's a poor business practice to offer these kinds of "deals." Sam's Club had a deal going for a while where each register had a dollar bill on display. If the cashier forgot to call you by name, you got the dollar. One day, the clerk forgot. What a production...I was directed to the guest services desk, where the manager told me I had to fill out a complaint form against the cashier, and that this would reflect poorly on the cashier. I said, "Never mind. I just thought it was a cute, fun customer service gimmick. I don't want to get anyone in trouble over a dollar!" That deal wasn't around much longer.

Arby's had a similar promotion going for a while. If they didn't ask you for your Arby's reward card, your meal was free. They never forgot, but that deal (and the rewards card program) didn't last long either.

I couldn't even make it through the whole video. That chick was nuts, and I imagine the poor guy who worked there would react similarly in a hold up situation. (here, take whatever you want.) I just can't imagine anyone thinking posting a video of that kind of behavior would make them look good, but then again....crazy.

I got a sandwich at Jimmy John's tonight, and the cashier asked (as they always do) if I wanted my receipt. Then she asked again when she pulled it out of the machine..."I can't remember, did you say you wanted the receipt?" I asked her if she'd watched the Dunkin' Donuts viral video, because she seemed to be extra conscientious about the receipt! She said they had been talking about it.

Lol. I'm just surprised that people watched it, and took it seriously.

I actually just came over here to say that what I like about FedEx is that they give Center Managers the authority to remove extremely rude and inconsiderate customers from the center. As a matter of fact, my DM called one of our customers who has always been like that, and he told her that she will not be able to come back if she is going to treat his employees that way. She's been an angel ever since that conversation. Lol.

How was this a train wreck? I would expect universal agreement that this woman has no excuse for her behavior and that 99% of us would have been on board with that poor employee calling the cops and telling her she's banned from the premises.
