The Pajamas Trend

About 50% of the time when I'm staying at a motel that serves free breakfast (Hampton Inn, Marriott, etc.) I see older adult women in the dining area in true pajamas with matching robes and even sexy slippers (!), but their hair is fixed and they've got makeup on. Guess they don't have anyone else to show off to but a bunch of strangers. The majority of the younger kids, though, look as if they just rolled out of bed -- which they did.

I will admit to flying in yoga type pj pants, I usually fly cross country with no layovers (to CA) so I need to be comfortable.

As far as going out in public, if I NEED to run to the store, I will throw on some pj yoga pants. Or if I'm sick and going to pick up my meds, same thing.

As far as class, no sweats or pjs (my own personal rule.) As far as work, we send kids home for wearing pjs so I obviously can't wear them.

I'm on my way to a party and the theme is, "When you were a kid." I'm seriously tempted to go in my PJs.
