Not to disparage bitching about this online, but I'm sure this is getting under some people's nerves somewhere. Im still waiting to get some kind of "private" message asking me to stop this.

You know when that happens, it's on.

When I ripped the clown from URI that was a Lambda Chi & also the Greek advisor to Shippensburg who got run out of town. Tom Earp got emailed right away to take down the post, as it got people in Indy upset.

I dont think you will ever see the folks really held accountable for this.

And as for the future, don't knock it too hard.

Nationals wont ever get back into the housing business after this, and a healthy distrust of them has been planted.

Thus bitching on the internet does have a purpose.

I'm pissed off, but ultimately, I think shaming and promoting this debacle is the most we probably will get out of it.

Got 90 days before the July 22nd event.

Gonna clean it up a bit more and polish it up before I submit.

Before I submit it, I'm looking for a suggestion as to how a committee can be formed by uninterested LXA's across the nation for disciplinary purposes and to review?

this is fucking nuts. I can't believe the national and LCAP is screwing our own brothers...

I'm in Grand Rapids which is about 1 hour west of MSU. Been to the house many times. I hope this get resolved at GA.

btw, where is GA this year? is it always in Indy?

Just wanted to give you all a quick update from MSU...

First and foremost, I wanted to thank you all for the enormous support we have received from so many of you over the past many months. Following unsuccessful communications and unwillingness from LCAP to accept the many willing and able buyers that the chapter had, numerous meetings before city council, the planning commission, and finally the city historic commission, our battle seems to have been lost as the final site plan was approved. It is extremely frustrating to have been faced with this particular challenge however, the men in our house never gave up on this fight and we are still continuing to examine further ways to appeal the commissions decision. We believe that the addition to the rear of our home is in violation of the City's historic code as the addition will be clearly visible from adjacent streets, a position that many of the members of City Council and the Mayor agreed with.

While this is quite an unfortunate situation, our chapter was able to secure a house next year at a property owned by another national fraternity. This will hopefully serve as a home for Gamma Omicron for the time being as we look into a permanent location.

Again Brothers, the chapter has appreciated all of the support.

I can understand both of the above Brothers feelings, but you are still living in the past with two previous Executive Directors who are gone for various reasons. I worked with both of them in various ways and not overly happy. I feel, hopefully speaking that the HQ people in place are working to keep LCA in a positive mode. GammaZeta, I know that HQ is trying to work with UMass for a future reopening. Lenoxxx, I still do not understand Shippensburgs situation and feel like you along with Un.Mo. were really hung out to dry to name just a couple.

There Tom. I fixed your post for you. Why do you keep coming back to Greekchat and impersonating other Lambda Chi Alphas? Seems to me that those involved with LCAP aren't the only Lambda Chis that have problems with the truth.

Yes TOM- it is harsh.

You have been banned from this site about 12 times, yet there you are stalking the site and making up new names to continue to come back.

It's lame and disrespectful.

On top of that, you are SO BAD at doing it (same bad grammar and writing style) that you can't even lie effectively in a forum that a CHILD COULD BREAK THE RULES- therefore your lameness and disrespect is COMICAL.
