yeah i've read and re-read this thread, and the only part i don't understand is someone thinking warsteiner is good beer. that should result in a neckchop, ralph.

LOL at the reincarnation of some of this old stuff.

To be more accurate, Warsteiner isn't my favorite stuff either. For German beers, I'll definitely pick a Hefeweizen over that anyday. And I still don't think it tastes like Budweiser.

But to be honest, I have not had it very much here. When I studied in Germany, our dorm building had a student lounge with Warsteiner on draft, and it was good there. Now THAT was a disappointment coming back home - no more bar in the dorm building.
