I agree That would be THE WORST...don't think it'll happen.

I'm not the biggest fan of Sorors stepping with/carrying canes...but I don't make a big deal out of it

please pardon my board crash...

I forgot all about this till this thread came up under today's threads. I saw a commercial this past weekend (I think for Verizon, I'm not sure) that featured a BGLO stepping with canes, and they were wearing blue and white. Can't remember what the letters on the shirts were, if any.

Sorry for my lack of detail but I promise I wasn't hallucinating!

Yes, I saw this commercial, too, and it's AT&T. They weren't wearing any letters, but they were wearing blue and white and doing some moves with canes. Also, they cut to a shot of some ladies wearing uniform outfits in blue & white. At the end they showed someone swing a paddle with the AT&T sign or some information on it.

The "fraternity" is Alpha Theta Theta. . .too bad no one taught them that Theta is "the other O" as a future Iota called it back when he saw my line shirt.

The commercial is terrible propaganda at best.

This reminds me of when some "Founding Father" of a new LGLO saw my letters and said "oh! you are an A-O-N!!"

Here's a fly in the ointment......

Seeing that some people are getting bent out of shape over who started using canes and who uses them now, do you same people get bent out of shape seeing non-NPHC greeks stepping at all?

I was a judge at a step show and a NPC sorority competed in the step show. And yes, the members of the step team were white.
