I know that Phi Sig owns 2 large properties in Gainesville, located just off (I mean it faces their education building) campus at the UNiversity of Florida. Beta Psi has gone and come back 2 times and is gone now and I highly doubt that they would open a chapter for a third time. Im thinking that maybe they sell those 2 nice peiced of property and use it for another school's housing costs?!?! Maybe i am getting it all wrong, but I know that PhiSig still owns land up there, empty land....

Yeah, we need money for houses at places like UCLA and USC HOWEVER there are chapters out there with money for housing that has been being saved up FOREVER ( like mine) that can't get a house... but maybe if national helped us we could do it... ARRRGHHH frustrating

I think that's with every sorority
They usually don't grant sorority housing until there is housing for the fraternities
(or that's what ours said)
It's not nationals, sometimes it's your own campus

Speaking of, I heard that IU just recolonized a sorority
We already have a chapter at IU-Southeast and a colony at IU-Kokomo
What do we say about a chapter at IU-Bloomington?
We don't even have to have a house and I bet we'd score a good 100 girls from informational

Speaking of Expansion...

Hi, NPC will be comming to my school, Armstrong Atlantic State University, to check out the scene. I was wondering, if you knew, how many ladies would my sorority need to be Phi Sig? Is there a required number? I didn't want to affilate at first but after looking at all the webpages of Phi Sig, I knew this was the sorority. I've already contacted your office of expansion and Im waiting for a reply...

Penn Reorg

Just to keep you girls up to speed, the Penn reorg went GREAT!

They have about 75 new women to be the new (Nu) chapter founding sisters, and from what I hear, they are wonderful!

So snaps to the entire reorg team, and especially the Philly alumnae chapter, and our Philly collegiate chapters at Temple, Drexel, and Widener - they did an amazing job bringing back one of our proudest and oldest chapters!!

In other expansion news, we've got some excellent prospects on the horizon... that's all I'm saying

And Glitter... what did you hear?!?

Unhappy

Hey, things are getting off to a verrry slooow start. We're going to be having some COB events this week adn I hope we get some ladies that come out. Most of the ladies that wanted to be in a sorority have already rushed so Im sure there will not be that big of an iterests. Its also very hard because I am the only one running the ship so to speak. All the other founding sisters dropped and joined up with the sorority that had been giving DXi hell on campus. As a matter of fact the other day as I was updating our new site, I saw that someone had posted a very mean post on our forum. Pretty much saying that trying DXi out was pretty much a waste of time. It really sucks cuz I know who may have written it. This is going to be hard and its hard doing everything myself. There is an Alum here from your Delta Sigma chapter. I've contacted her and Im waiting for her reply. This is all really frusterating....but I won't give up. I know Armstrong can use some King Blue and Gold on its campus! I'll keep you all posted!
