A sad day for Senusret I, indeed. Both loose ends were sewn up, and new ones started. There were a few "one week later" messages used, to speed things up.
Sam seems to have killed more than just her ex, but the police called it "justifiable homicide".
John Stamos is now an intern.
Neela's heading for a nervous breakdown or detox.
Carrie Weaver is no longer in charge of personnel.
Luka and Abby's baby has overcome the odds and is home. Not so sure about little Joey's parents' relationship, though.
And, I still want the old theme song back!!

I can't remember this from last week, but didn't Sam's ex kill those two guys...raped her, and then she shot him as he lay sleeping, right?

I saw the majority of last season and I know that it's Clemente related, but what was the cover up and why did Kovacs take the blame instead of Kerry?

I miss the old song, but I noticed that many TV shows are doing away with their theme songs just so they could add more time to the show itself. LOST and Grey's Anatomy both don't have theme songs.
Or...it might have been time for something new. Everytime I hear the ER theme song I think of Clooney, Edwards, Marguiles, Wyle, etc. etc. It's just not the same with this new crowd.
And to add to HC's synopsis, it was graduation day for Dr. Morris and Dr. Pratt. They're now the new attendings.
John Stamos' character seems like a ticking time bomb. Judging from how he pretty much beat the shit outta the guys trying to take DrunkNeela home from the bar, I wonder what's going to happen.

Was it just me, or did the baby look very big for a preemie? Of course, I know it it in "television time" and we don't know exactly how much time passed, but still. Also, the ending of the episode seemed almost more appropriate for a 'series finale' show.

Okay - Gates (John Stamos) is behind in writing his charts. He uses the dictating pen that automatically writes them. At the end of last night's episode, he is seen listening to his book on tape. Is he lazy or could he possibly be dyslexic? What do you think?

Okay, someone explain to me how Morris knew that Max was his son? I'm assuming that he donated his swimmers to a bank and as a result that's how he was born to lesbian moms. Am I correct?
Anyway, did this discovery happen last season? Because it's only 3 episodes in and I've seen each one of em.
The white mom who punched him in the gut...she plays the bitch role really well, especially in the Parent Trap remake.

As of last night's show - it has been made official- Gates is dyslexic.

How would he have even been admitted into medical school if he can't read at all? Unless, of course, he had someone else take his MCATs for him.

"Why am I here Ah-Chee?"
LOL at the Vietnamese (?) lady giving Morris a manicure. Stereotyping at its best, I tell you!

Is that his wife or his girlfriend whom he lives with?

Dunno what their status is, but I recall an episode a few weeks ago -- I think it was his first day at County -- where he came home and they proceeded to do the nasty before he even made it through the front door.
I know he's got a hand raising the daughter, that's for sure. She gets along better with him than she does with her own mom.

I had no idea who she is. I thought he was just renting his room from her.
I really haven't watched ER consistently since Anthony Edwards left. I have been catching up on reruns lately.
