Right, but I didn't say "shamrock", I said "four-leaf clover". Four-leaf clovers are associated with the "luck o' the Irish" and all of that. The two often seem to be interchaged at will, though the shamrock has a specific religious significance to the St. Patrick's Day holiday (meant to exemplify the Trinity - Father, Son and Holy Sprit).

I got my official invite letter from XYZ's national office yesterday. I called the AI coordinator for XYZ last night and she's in the process of working with the collegiate chapter where I asked to be initiated. She said this particular chapter doesn't usually have spring initiations, but they are willing to have a special initiation just for me!! I am so overwhelmed by how awesome everyone is in this organization and I can't wait to "Pay It Forward" someday and do all I can to work hard for them.
Clue #4: My new group has three Greek letters in its name, not two.

I guess that leaves either ADPi, AGD, or ZTA.

National...is that another clue? Some sororities have chapters in Canada -- making them international.

Ok after reading Lake's latest clues, while in the process of writing this message....
I am pretty sure that I know who it is....but I still will not name them
But both of my guesses contain...the letter Alpha in it

Guess you can narrow your choices because she said it has 3 letters
My guesses are AEPhi and AST

I originally had AEPhi on my list, but according to ariesrising's website, they do not have alum. initiation.
I'm going w/ AST.
Edited b/c I mistyped. Thank you ms gwyn.

I'm going to guess Tri-Delta because I can't think of a single thing that connects them to St. Patricks day.

AST does have alumna initiation link here
BTW my guesses are not AST or AEPhi (which does not do AI according to the AI thread)

I'm sorry, I meant to say AEPhi. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.
Anyways, I'm rescinding my vote for AST b/c there's noone listed in the roll call thread for AST.
I'm going w/ DDD or ADPi.

The suspense is killing ME as well!! I soooo want to be able to tell you guys who it is. The AI Coordinator (who I talked to last night) told me to pass along to her potential initiation dates that would work for me so she can make arrangements with the collegiate chapter. It's looking like early May might be the best for me - but I don't think I can wait a little over a month! I'm just dying to finally be an official sister.
Clue #5: This organization was founded in the 19th century.
