Hey, I'm from Oakland California. To me Plattville is just a small insignificant cow town. Although I do notice I did spell it correctly in the first post, I see no reason to actually go back and edit my second post thank you very much.

To me you are an example of why Wisconsin needs to make it harder to get into our state schools.

What would knowing how to spell Platteville have anything to do with grades?? I had a 3.7 GPA and an 1170 on the SAT's coming out of a private California HS, and I got into every school I applied to.

So your parents have money, you did mediocre on your SAT, and you go to an easy to get into state university. I was just letting you know so you didn't make an ass of yourself since they are other Platteville people on here, but you managed to do that anyway, it seems.

Their are two other Zeta Delta Phi's that I know of one at Belmont Abbey College in Belmont NC, Missouri State University (I think this one is a greek service org) and I have randomaly seen scholarships from Zeta Delta Phi Sorority Inc Bronx, NY. at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Auburn and at Dartmouth. The only thing that I know is that ZDPhi Sorority Inc is/was a predominately black sorority.

Platville is Phi Sigma, but we still are pretty close associated, and do have events with one another. One of my goals is to try to get and keep in contact with a few other former Phi Sigma Epsilon fraternities that have gone local and possibly invite them down to stay over at our house sometime.
If Phi Sigma Kappa ever wanted to work with us and actually do something for the Phi Sigs in Stevens Point I might be all for going back to Kappa's, but until they prove to us that they are willing to lift a finger I'm glad to be part of Phi Sigma Chi!
Damn Proud!!

Has anyone seen a Sigma Rho Upsilon out there? We were created in 1976. I like being the one and only.

There is another local sorority that has the name Alpha Psi at UC Santa Cruz that were fouded before the Alpha Psi at UofAlberta.
I think one of the older sisters might have tried to contact them...but I'm really not sure.
There is also an Alpha Psi fraternity at Sonoma state.

There are local sororities Alpha Omega Pi at SUNY Geneseo and at YSU in Ohio... I think YSU was originally a colony for Alpha Omicron Pi, whereas Geneseo's never was. Alpha Omega Pi was also used as a sorority in some movie, but I've never seen it...

I'm in a local sorority over at Elmhurst College in Illinois and we were originally the Little Sisters of Alpha Tau Omega but they're no longer on campus. Now we're Gamma Chi. I haven't heard of any real organizations with our name but people always get us confused with recruitment guides and Gamma Gamma Chi.

I'm confused. Am I crazy or do your letters link to a UGA facebook page? Is this a joke?

If the fraternity doesn't want to be affiliated with you, why are they mentioned in your history as if you were an off-shoot of their org?

What I shouldve said is that an once important member of the organization didnot want to be affiliated with us. Other members of the organization felt that it would be a good idea for us to keep our letters, otherwise...
