Then why did you refer to Pan Greeks (plural)?

The truth be known. that type of foolish activity takes place in every frat, to some degree or another. So no need to get so defensive. Frat is more than likely refering to fraternities and not sororities.

Dude, I am not being defensive so take off the hood. Those are very serious allegations that should only be leveled in fact not conjecture. So as I said the statement should have been limited to just Alpha since that is the ONLY NPHC group that the poster really knows.

You are right, I was reffering to Fraternities more so than Sororities. I am going off of what I have read in the past. Wheather they be true or not. Perception is everything

well he be an alpha, and i am only an alpha but one can still see what is taking place among other frats. I have many friends in other frats and " us old heads"(will b 15yrs march 31 11:56pm lol) talk about the changes in the org. I constantly meet greeks in my line of work, so i can comment on the behavior of various members. this is not to put down any particular org, because the compliants from older members are the same,

Even people who crossed in 2000 say they see changes so that's neither here nor there.
Everyone has an opinion and they label the year they crossed as THE last year of "good Greeks." But I have family members and friends who crossed 50+ yrs ago and they don't spend that much time observing and caring about how times have changed. They know that time isn't at a stand still and things have to change. The biggest thing they forget about, and comment on, tends to be that there are hazing laws and pledging restrictions now.

And older, older members complain about the beginning of MIP (your era.) So your point is?

Interesting thread as all fraternal systems can be traced back to Phi Beta Kappa- It has been suggested by some that some founders of BGLOs were a part of the Masons and Eastern Star.

Hey hey, How do I get in touch with the Baltimore Boule?
