Quota at the University of California, Riverside was 25.
Sigma Kappa took 28 new members. I have the numbers for some of the other chapters. I'll post them when I get them all.

The Dratmouth typo reminds me of nicknames associated with old college rivalries. State schools chartered to educate those planning to enter the teaching profession were often called "Normal Schools". Long after they grew into Universities offering many majors, they were referred to by their rivals as "abnormals". Arizona State University is still Tempe Abnormal to me!
